My name is Patch, and unlike the other stereotypical heroines in a love story, I am like most girls. I drool over hot guys, I do not hit men, I do not hate men, I am not feared by most people, I do not glare and scowl all the time, I do not have some bitch whose main goal in life is to sabotage my social life, I care about my looks, I care about how other people think of me, I do not think of myself as ugly, I accept compliments, I am occasionally bitchy and I'm fairly popular; just your average girl-next-door with an average kind of life.
But all that changed in a span of 2 days.
All of a sudden, I am the one of the richest teenagers in the world; living with a crazy mother, a loyal butler, a meticulous father and a princely boyfriend.
And if that wasn't mind blowing enough, I even get paid just to spend time with them.
Many would say that I am the luckiest person alive. And at first glance, I would've agreed with them.
But as I enveloped myself in this kind of life, I realized that things are not always what they seem.
