Chapter 4

Chapter 4:

Harry then stared at me like I was talking nonsense.

“Um…Who’s Elizabeth?” He asked.

He doesn’t know my aunts name. Am I in the right mansion? Gosh, this is totally embarrassing if it’s a mixed up. Wait, it’s not my fault I should blame the cab driver.

“She’s the land lady’s niece you twat.” A voice said from behind me.

Ops! I almost forgot my aunt said I should tell them I’m the land lady’s niece not her name. I’m such a moron.

“Oh! Why didn’t you say so?” Harry said.

Oh! Sorry I forgot you have different approach here.

“That’s Louis by the way.” Harry pointed at my back.

I turned around to look but he was gone. Weird.

“Can you let yourself in?” Harry asked me.

“Why?” I asked back.

“I’m late for work. See you later.” Harry then took off.

Okay so my aunt told me there are five people who lived here. And now I’m sure that three of them are guys,  I hope the girls are nice if there are any I wish there are it’ll be weird living in a big house with five boys considering I’m the only girl. Wait, I shouldn’t think about this stuff or bad things are gonna happen.

I opened the door and carried my things in.

“Hello?” I called out.

And a guy approached me I’m guessing he’s Zayn or Louis.

“Louis told me you’re the land lady’s niece, nice to meet you.” He said and offered to shake hands and we did.

“You must be Zayn?” I said.

“Huh…um no I’m Liam.” He smiled.

Okay so there are four guys living in the mansion. This is really getting weird, I hope the last one is a girl but wait isn’t it awkward living with guys all alone.

“Pleased to meet you too Liam.” I smiled back just in case.

Be nice. Be nice. That’s the new mantra.

“Have you met Zayn?” Liam asked.

“Actually ,no! Um…Harry just asked me if I’m one of Zayn’s girlfriends.” I told him.

“Oh…well let me help you with your suitcase.” Liam offered.

“Thanks.” I said to him.

We went in and stopped in the living room.

“Lads! The land lady’s niece is here.” Liam called out.

Lads? That means…oh my…what the. I should’ve not thought about it in the first place. I’m so screwed.

Then two guys came. One was still wearing his PJ’s on with teddy bear prints, who wear those things? The other one was just wearing plain shirt and shorts.

“Mates, this is…um I haven’t asked for your name silly me.” Liam said.

Is it me or I’m being prank. I feel like its Alice in Wonderland with tons of twist.

“It’s Allison.” I said flatly.

I think I’m gonna faint. What was my aunt thinking letting me live with these guys?

“Hello, I’m Zayn.” Zayn introduced himself.

Okay no wonder Harry asked me if I’m Zayn’s girlfriend. He’s to die for.

“Hi! I’m Niall.” The blond one said.

Oh my…he’s so cute I want to hug him. Wait! What am I saying, this is a dilemma.

“It’s nice to finally meet all of you.” I said and gave a slight smile.

“There is another one but I think he doesn’t want to go down.” Liam informed me.

“Let me guess, he’s name is Louis?” I said trying to be approachable.

“You know Lou?” Niall asked.

“Actually no, he just…let say snick up on me when I was talking to Harry.” I told them.

“Oh…he didn’t scare you though?” Liam wants to know.

“No! He just shocked me, no harm done.” I said.

“Well, I think you’ve met everybody, the land lady called yesterday and told me that you’ll gonna go to the same school we’re attending.” Liam informed me.

Of course school, how can I forget? I wonder how British school goes. And breaks are almost over. I hope I can catch up with how things are done here. Adapt to survive.

“I’m guessing you’re tired from the flight, do you want to settle upstairs?” Liam asked.

“Uh…yeah.” I answered. Have I lost speech?

Zayn and Niall stayed downstairs while Liam carried my suitcase. I pity him, it was really heavy.

We went to the third floor and Liam showed me where I’ll be sleeping.

“Here we go.” Liam said putting down my luggage.

“Am I the only one who stays up here?” I asked.

“Um…no, Louis is next door. He rather stay here than join us in the second floor he prefers to be alone and don’t be shock if he appears unnoticed he does that from time to time.” Liam told me.

I think I can handle that.

“Uh…thanks!” I said.

“Okay, just go downstairs if you need something.” Liam said and walks out the door.

I just sighed. What do I do now? I’ll be living with five boys and did I mention they’re really good-looking. I feel like I’m in a show where I’m the poor girl who saved by this gorgeous men.

My days in New York are longer because I’m all alone. This time it’ll be the longest. I hope something big will happen that will change this situation. Wait, did I just wish for something? I should avoid doing that.

I actually recognize the room where I am now. My cousin James stayed here when I came here before. I unpack my things, well not really since my half of my suitcase contains a lot of books. I think I brought more books than clothes.

I put all the books in the shelf and laid my clothes in the closet. The room was a bit dusty but I’m used to cleaning up and I’m not really tired since I slept the whole flight, I actually got some cobwebs inside the closet so I cleaned it before putting my clothes in. The bed also had dust so I have to remove it and tapped out the dusts.

I didn’t realize that it was already afternoon when I finished cleaning. I lay down in bed and stared at the ceiling. I closed my eyes to relax myself and I dozed off.
