Chapter 8

Chapter 8:

I didn’t sleep well. I’m still in a daze.

I just wished that they’ll act naturally when I go downstairs.

I went in the kitchen and they were all there eating breakfast and they act like nothing happened they even said good morning to me like everything was normal.

So maybe they forgot about it. I should also it wasn’t really a big deal.

I ate breakfast and just sat at the table. Niall was playing with his toast. I just looked at him for a few seconds then I realized they all are actually wearing the school’s uniform which really looks good on them.

“Um…Allison your uniform will be sent this afternoon so you can just wear casual clothes.” Liam informed me and smiled.

He was in a good mood I’m guessing his excited for the first day in school.

“Why does she have to wear casual clothes?” Zayn complained.

“I dunno Zayn…She’s a transfer student who doesn’t have a uniform.” Liam sarcastically let out.

“Come on guys, we need to hurry up.” Harry said.

I cleaned up before going and they all waited for me.

We all went to school together which was a walking distance but Niall has a bike so he rides on it and since it was a tandem bike Harry went with him.

I then noticed that Zayn wasn’t with us.

“Where’s Zayn?” I asked Liam.

“Oh…just wait when we arrived in the Academy.” Liam told me.

Okay then, I wondered what Zayn will do. Niall and Harry were ahead of us. So the three of us walked in complete silence, Liam was reading a physics book, I put on my earphones and just followed them and Louis was minding he’s own business.

First day in school, I’m not really good in meeting new people and now meet tons of total strangers who will think I’m a freak since I’m an American and all of them are Brits.

We crossed the street and I saw it, it was a huge building and there were big signs that say: WELCOME BACK! WELCOME FRESHMEN! And WELCOME TO ONE ACADEMY!

Okay that’s a weird name for a school One Academy but I noticed the crest in Louis’s uniform it was like hands that were linked together and has OA sign in the middle.

Once we walk to the entrance weird things started happening.

All the girls were at the front gate. Niall and Harry were already surrounded by tons of girls. Liam went to them to pull the guys out but he was also succumbed by the situation, Louis just stood next to me but girls also run to him which he just ignored.

Then it became worse when a car pulled in and Zayn went out the car and every single one of the girls who were around Niall, Harry, Liam and Louis screamed and ran to Zayn.

I was standing in the middle of the car a few feet away from the running girls. Luckily, someone pulled me out of it.

I was so confused I think I’m also having a headache because of the screaming, giggling and just the running around of those girls.

I just looked at Zayn who was now surrounded by the girls and they were all giving him gifts. Zayn just smiled at them and every time he entertain someone the screaming just volume up.

Everything stopped when a loud whistle was blown and all the girls lined up in the single line.

“What’s happening?” I asked.

“Goodness gracious ladies! What is the commotion all about?” A woman in her mid-thirties walks in.

“Um…Principal Lawson, I think it’s our fault.” Liam steps out.

The lady just looked at Liam then to the rest of the guys, I didn’t notice it before but they were also lining up.

“Of course Mr. Payne, you and your company always bring a hullabaloo every morning. I see the girls were really prepared this time.” She said and walks in further the line.

I was entering a whole new dimension.

“Girls, I love you enthusiasm every time this lads are here but can you put all your efforts to your studies rather than wasting your time fantasizing this boys.” She said in a really loud voice that everyone hushed down and she walks in the school building.

Once she was gone everyone also went in the building and they all started to talk about her. I was hearing how despicable she is, how unworthy and so many other things.

The guys also started to walk in.

“Lads, wait for me.” She shouted and we all turned to look who it was.

“Morning Cher!” Harry greeted her.

“How’s your break?” The girl named Cher asked them

The rest ignore her except for Harry.

“The usual.” Harry flatly said and just plastered his cheeky grin.

“Um…Harry before I forget you and Allison are in the same level so show here around. I’m late for calculus.” Liam informed Harry.

They then all just walk off, leaving me with Harry and Cher.

“Oh! I almost forgot this is Allison.” Harry introduced me.

I smiled at her and offered my hand she then took it and we shook hands.

“Hi! I’m Cher, pleased to meet you” She said and smiled.

“Pleased to meet you too, you can call me Allie if you want.” I said.

“Sure, come on Allie we’re gonna be late for class.” She said holding my arm and she pulled me in.

She acts like we’ve known each other for so long.

“Are you coming, Harry?” She turned around.

Harry stood there a bit paler then he just sneezed continuously.

Was he sick? He looked okay before, I guess he caught some cold.

“Yeah, coming.” Harry said running after us.

We went in the building and it was huge like a hotel. We went upstairs to go to the sophomores’ classroom, Harry tried his best to give me a tour but Cher kept correcting him. I had fun listening to them bickering at each other.

Once we were in front the door of the classroom Cher and Harry went in and they were greeted by other students.

No wonder girls drooled over those guys they’re like the most popular people here in the Academy. I let out a heavy sigh and went in and everyone looked at me. Girls scrutinize my look up and down.

I’m a total outsider then Cher went to me and drag me to seat between her and Harry.
