Chapter 10

Chapter 10:

When you’re a damsel in distress you really need a prince, a pauper and a dark knight.

“You were just talking to her.” Zayn inquired.

“How come she looks frightened? Harry asked.

The three girls then moved in front of me and I was hidden.

“Trust us we’re doing nothing wrong.” The blonde one said.

“We’re just befriending her.” The raven-haired let out.

“Yeah, like you could fool us.” Louis told them and was moving closer.

“We still remember what you did to Sam and she’s still terrified.” Zayn said.

 “We were just asking her questions, honest.” The blonde one blurted out.

“Asking question, really?” Harry sarcastically let out.

The three girls looked at each other.

“What does she mean to you anyway?” The brunette one asked.

“She means a lot to us.” The three guys said in unison.

I just blinked my eyes for a couple of times. I can’t believe what I’m hearing.

“If you touch her or threaten her again, make sure you don’t let us see your faces ever again.” Louis said out loud that it echoed to the whole lab.

He was really serious. I moved my head side to side just to peek at him.

“You three are really annoying, do know that?” Zayn blurted out.

The three of them just froze. They also can’t believe what they’re hearing.

“We’re gonna give you a chance to walk out this room and will forget what happened here if you promise not to get in the way of Allison.” Harry said and he was also serious.

“Why do you care so much about this girl?” The raven-haired shouted out and she moved next to me and had a tight grip on my shoulder.

What is her problem? Seriously, they are all mental.

“Because she means a lot to us than the three of you combined.” Zayn answered her.

“Oh for the love of god, why is this girl so special to you?” The blonde one reacted that she also moved beside me and her fingers pointed on my head a couple of times.

It kind of hurts because she had long finger nails.

I always wonder why I can’t speak up. I need to have my voice on this situation. I just got to pull myself together.

So, here goes nothing. I stood up and the three girls were a bit shocked because I stood up forcefully that the chair that I was seating on fell on the floor.

“ENOUGH!” I shouted out.

And all of them are stunned and looked at me.

“You three are so naïve, do you know that? You’re so obsessed with these guys, have you looked in the mirror lately, have you pictured out yourself to be like this, have you ever considered that maybe you can hurt other people’s feeling.” I finished and I was foaming at the mouth.

Now I can’t explain what they looked like because they were all shocked and maybe they can’t believe that they mess with the wrong girl.

They all raised their eyebrows at me.

“Well! What do we have here? She has an attitude.” The raven-haired gave a snide comment.

“She’s not a weakling but that doesn’t change a thing.” The blonde one responded.

“Agree.” The brunette finished.

“So you heard her, if you can’t understand what she said let me put it in a simple way ‘GET OUT OF MY FACE’ that’s what she was trying to tell you.” Zayn said.

I was amazed on how straight-forward he was. He really has an edge.

When the three girls heard what Zayn said they all got teary eyes and scowl on their faces.

“This isn’t over.” The raven-haired whispered on my ear and they all walked out the club.

After the girls went out there was complete silence. It lasted a couple of minutes.

“Well that was new.” Harry broke the awkwardness that was filling the room.

“I’m going out.” Louis said flatly and moved out silently.

The three of us left there and the two guys just looked at me.

“Are you okay?” Harry said and he was approaching me.

“What a dumb question, Haz.” Zayn said.

I just looked at the both of them. I didn’t realize, I was still shaking, I don’t know why.

“Looked at what they did to her?” Zayn said holding my arm and showing it to Harry.

“They really leaved a mark.” Harry examined it.

“Allie, are you all right?” Zayn was shaking me off.

I was a bit bewildered by what happened and I just fell to the floor and sat down.

“Maybe we need to bring her to the clinic.” Harry suggested.

“Yeah, maybe we should.” Zayn agreed.

The both of them helped me stood up. Harry put on my shoulder his jacket Zayn was holding my other arm while Harry was holding the other one.

We started to walk when Harry was sneezing continuously and I felt the warm on his neck, I bet he caught a cold from last night’s incident.

“Hey mate, are you okay?” Zayn asked.

“Yeah just a bit flushed but I’m fine.” Harry responded.

I stopped walking and they looked at me.

“What’s wrong Allie?” Harry asked me.

“You have a fever.” I said in a low tone.

“What?” Zayn came closer.

“I think Harry is having a fever.” I let out.

“Oh, don’t worry I’ll be fine.” Harry assured her.

“But mate you looked pale that usual.” Zayn told Harry.

“I think I’m…” Harry did finished what he was saying because he collapsed on the floor.

“Harry.” Zayn let out and went to him.

Then came out of nowhere Louis appeared and he carried Harry away leaving me and Zayn behind.

I just stood there looking at their fleeting image. What a first day of school.
