As I walked to the office, I began to wonder why I was called up.
Maybe I forgot my lunch? No, I put it in my locker this morning.
Maybe I have to help with a favor? I don't doubt that. That's probably what it is.
Hopefully anyway.
When I reached the office, I went to the office lady. She smiled, "Toris?"
I nodded. I didn't enjoy talking to other people because I've been bullied for my stutter. I've been to speech therapy, but that didn't help any. I still stutter and nothing can change that.
The lady at the desk motioned me to the principal's office, I slowly walked towards the room, knocking softly, before getting a "Come in."
When I walked in, I saw the principal and a boy, my age, with blonde hair a bit longer than mine, and a pink skirt with an over-sized sweater. Odd...I thought this was a boy. I guess not.
"Toris, this Feliks. He's new here and it seems your schedules happen to be the same. Would you mind showing him around the school for me?"
Why would he want me of all people to help?! Of course I couldn't say no, "U-um...y-yeah..I guess I-I-I could," I nodded looking back up at him.
"Okay, thank you," he smiled, "I'll call your teacher and you can be on your way. Could you stop and show Feliks his locker first? It's 673." I nodded, walking towards the door.
The boy followed me and I showed him to his locker, "H-Here it is.." I shrugged. My locker wasn't too far from him, though with the busy hallways, maneuvering to it would be nearly impossible.
"Like, thanks," the blonde smiled, opening it quickly. Since, he had a top locker he had to stand on the tips of his toes. I stared at the ground, wondering if this was the boy Edwaurd was talking of...probably not.
"So, you're Toris? I've heard, like, a lot about you," Feliks looked at me, before going back to organizing, "You're, like, super quiet, why?"
I just shrugged, "I-I just am.." I looked around the hall, waiting. I wanted to get back to class, so I could check my math homework, but this did mean less time with the noisy people.
"The teachers were, like, talking about you when my mom enrolled me here. Like, I thought they were kidding when they said you were tall, like, geez, you're tall," he said. I tried counting how many times he said 'like', but that was hard.
"I guess i-it's in m-my genes..." my dad was tall and so was my mother. It wasn't so bad, quite nice actually. Except that I had a bottom locker. That wasn't fun.
"So, like, where are you from? I like your accent, it's like, totally cute!"
I could feel the red dust my cheeks, "Um, I was, uh, b-born here," I shrugged. I've lived in Lithuania my whole life.
"Oh, we just moved from Poland. It's, like, super fabulous there! So, far, it's, like totally, boring here! Where's all the pink?! Like, you can't have a town without pink, seriously."
I shrugged, "I p-personally like g-green.."
Feliks stared at me, "Ew, green is like...muddy water..just ew."
I just shrugged, used to my opinions being turned down. I am 'friends' with Ivan after all.
"So, why do you like, stutter so much when you talk?"
I looked down, I don't like this topic, "I-I-I just d-do," and being nervous on top of upset, makes it worse. Terrible.
"Tell me!" He whined.
"N-no."
"Yes."
We went on like that for a while, then I finally said yes.
--583 words!
Sorry for the late chapter! I've been busy and sick lately! And sorry if this is terrible, I didn't know how to do this chapter, but writing for Feliks was so fun!
And also, sorry for spelling Feliks' name Felix in the first chapter, I asked my friend what it was and she said Felix, and she's obsessed with him, but she spelt it wrong.
Thank you for reading!!!!!!!!!!
