Natalia and I decided on something quick for dinner, so we went to IHOP for some pancakes. Yeah, we can have breakfast for dinner, who cares?
We decided on watching Pitch Perfect Two. Of course, being the person I am, I hadn't seen the first movie, so I was sort of lost during the whole thing, but who cares? I spent most of my time looking at Natalia.
Yeah, that sounds kind of creepy, but really it's not. I really like her, but even though I know she doesn't like me back, a guy can dream right?
After the movie, I walked her home and said goodnight. Ivan was curled up on the couch with, what looked like Alfred from what I could see. I snickered before hearing Natalia yelling at Alfred to get out and away from her brother, so I took that as my cue to leave before things got bad.
When I got home, it was pretty quiet. I figured my mother was already asleep and I knew my dad was probably at "work" or with his side girl. I have known about his cheating for year, but for the sake of my family relations, I kept it to myself. Though, it was mostly because my father got a bit violent when things didn't go his way.
Oh, he'd never lay a finger on my mother or I, but he'd throw glass cups at our heads, or slam doors. He's not a bad parent at all, both of my parents are pretty cool, though we don't talk much. My mother is either sleeping or working and my dad is always "working".
Anyway, I went up to my room and shut the door, starting on my homework. I didn't have much, but I did it anyway. Why wait until Sunday? It just makes more work with less time.
When I finished, I sent a text message to Natalia:
"Hey, today was fun. Do you think maybe we could do it again? But, maybe as a date instead?"
Not even a minute later she responded:
"I don't like you that way, I barely think of you as a friend. So, no, unless big brother is coming."
And that was when my heart shattered.

I've been trying to do cliffhangers so I have more motivation to write.
I've had a lot lately, Angel went to the hospital and she just got out and is probably going back today, I got a boyfriend and now I have a date on Saturday that my dad is probably coming with, and just a bunch of drama and bullying, plus lack of sleep. I hope you understand. I love you guys!!
