You were in your room, just listing to Death of a bachelor By Panic! At the disco on YouTube. You had just heard Pete Wentz play in on Beats Radio One yesterday. You were quietly humming along, until the rattling of the house stopped you.

A thunderstorm had come, you loved them yourself. You loved sitting near a window watching the flashes of lighting come and go.

"KATIE!" Your boyfriend screamed, then rushing into your room.

"Is there another spider again?" You asked him, he looked at you an shook his head.

"No, there's a-" Phil began, until a crack of lightning stopped him. He jumped letting out a small squeal.

"Aw" you chuckled as you got up to hug him, you rubbed circles around his back.

"I'm fine Katie, I swear on-" He was cut off by another thunder crack. He jumped at the sound, while you kept a tight hug,

"I don't know how you're not used to this by now." You chuckled, continuing to rub circles on his back. He sighed, keeping a tight grip on you.

You began to hum Alpha Dog by Fall Out Boy to try and calm him down. It was working until he jumped at the next crack of thunder.

"Hey Katie, you should sing more. You have a beautiful voice," Phil said, you smiled at his compliment. You nodded, sitting up in your bed.

"Then, what song would you want me to sing?" You asked as he sat and thought. He immediately sat up straight,

"Oh! How about the chorus of Death Valley" He cheered. As you smiled, he knew that this was one of your favorites next to I don't care.

"I wanna see your animal side. Let it all out, I wanna see the dirt under your skin. I need your broken promises" You sang, almost giving as much effort as Patrick did in the recording.

"I want the guts and glory baby, yeah baby. This town is wasted and alone, but we are alive, here in Death Valley." You continued to sing, smiling through the whole thing. You possibly sang so loud that the neighbors would complain later.

"Thanks (Pete) Katie, that really helped" He smiled engulfing you in a tight hug.

Clapping erupted from the other side of the door.

"Katie! That was possibly more amazing than Phil" (A/N: Possibly, *wink wonk*)

"Thanks (Pete), that means a lot" You blushed.
