Movie Night | Dan

So, Today was the day your boyfriend
of one year and two wonderful months had a date planned tonight. He had told you that it was nothing big, and you could wear comfortable clothes if you wish.

You applied little makeup, giving yourself a more natural look. You put on some black leggings, a comfortable tee shirt, and one of Dan's oversized sweatshirts. You put your hair into a loose pony-tail.

You grabbed your earbuds, putting one in your ear and connecting it to your iPhone 6. You put on your favorite song at the moment. Irresistible by Fall Out Boy, and had Teenagers by My Chemical Romance up next.

You stuffed your phone in the pocket of your, or should I say your Dans sweatshirt. Heading to your boyfriends, and best friends house. Which conveniently. Was the door across from yours.

You used the key they gave you (for emergencies only) to get in. You traveled up the stairs. You ran, knowing that this would be a better workout than having to spend money to workout at a gym.

You reached the top, with a smile on your face. Your boyfriend, Dan ran to greet you. Giving you his signature bear hug, then picking you up spinning in a circle. You smiled and let out a small laugh.

"It's only been 3 hours since I last saw you Dan" you chuckled as he let you down. Interlocking his hand with yours.

"I know, it was too long"

"But I live just across the hall" You chuckle. He leads you to the lounge, with your hands still interlocked.

"Oh! Hey Y/N!" Phil said as you passed him. Still being dragged by Dan. You put your heals down, trying to stop so you could say hi back. Which didn't work out so well. Considering your in socks, on a hardwood floor.

"Hey Phil" You say, continuing to be dragged into the lounge. "See you around!"

Phil laughs at your last comment, and surprisingly so does Dan. He stops running.

"Can you walk for yourself now?" Dan huffs. Putting his hands on his knees, to catch his breath. You chuckle, putting on a smile.

"Yes I can" You take his hand as you walk together the rest of the way to the lounge. Which happened to be a few feet away. You guessed that since you two were going to be in the lounge that you'd either be somewhat watching movies, or just talking about the craziest things.

"Y/N, what movie would you like to watch?" Dan asked as you sat down, leaving him standing.

"DONT FORGET TO USE PROTECTION" You could hear Phil yell from the other side of the Flat.

"THAT PROBABLY ONLY HAPPENS IN HIS DREAMS" You yelled back. You could hear Phil practicably dying of laughter. Dan looked at you with a hurt expression.

"that's not nice" He said plainly. you stood up, walking over to him.

"I'm sorry Danny" you said looking for his smile to show. Instead of waiting you kissed him. Getting up on your toes to get up to his height. He smiled through the kiss.

"I forgive you Y/N" he mumbled.

"I know" You replied, pulling away from him. "Now, you choose the movie" you smiled leaving the room to make popcorn for the two of you. And possibly grabbing a bag or two of malteasers.

"Y/N?! Where'd you go off to" Dan said peering around the corner. "Oh, I should've known" He smiled. He walked over to you, almost planting a kiss on your lips. Instead he got your cheek and walked back to the lounge with a smile.

"You tease" You yelled at him. Seconds later the microwave had sounded the annoying beep it had. You opened it grabbing the popcorn, and pouring it in a small bowl. You managed to grab everything and walked back into the lounge. You carefully set the popcorn down but let the bags of malteasers fall onto the table.

"My Darlings!" Dan shouted, grabbed a pack and squishing it against his face. "It's okay, she didn't mean it" he told the package.

"So, what am I? chopped liver?" you interrupted Dans little moment. He carefully set the malteasers on the table, pulling you down on his lap.

"So what are we watching?" You asked as a smile formed on his face.

"I decided that we should watch Big Hero 6" Dan smiled. You smiled back, and took the nearest blanket and threw it over the both of you.

-- Half-way Through the movie--

You had shifted so your feet were stretched out and your head was on Dans lap. So far you have cried once, and so has Dan. You were at the part where Hiro and Baymax had road through the Hot Air Balloons.

You reached your hand to the table, grabbing a handful of popcorn to shove in your mouth.

"Hey, Y/N." Dan spoke, ever so sweetly at a mutual tone.

"Yes Daniel?" You smiled, looking up at him.

"Do you think I could ever achieve my greatest dream? Like how Hiro continued his brothers invention in a way?" Dan asked having this goofy, yet adorable smile on his face.

"Anythings possible, so why not shoot for the stars." you spoke, keeping eye contact with him. "wow, I was so clichè right then" you laughed as Dan chuckled with you. He shifted having you to sit up. He now stood in front of the t.v screen.

"If you put it that way, then." He got down on one knee. Pulling a small box from the t.v cabinet. He opened the small box, it contained a beautifully carved diamond ring.

"Y/N, I believe that I had fallen for you since the day we met. We have litterly been through Hell and back. and I haven't haven up on you yet, nor I ever will. I love our little arguments about the little things about if we said something cute or not. I love you, in every, single, way known to man kind. I love how we work, I love how we are together. I love you. So Y/Full/N. Will you marry me?" Dan smiled at you. You were in tears and happily jumping up and down.

"Daniel Howell how could I say no?" You went over to him engulfing him in a hug, then he pulled you in for a passionate kiss. The kiss ended with a click from a camera, that belonged to Phil.

"Sorry, carry on" He spoke then left, the two of you chuckled at him. You then continued watching the rest of the movie with the man you will be happily spending the rest of your life with.
