Captain America's Grand-daughter (Avengers/Captain America fanfic)

Information

I don't really know what happens with Tony after this besides 'homework,' so I'm making it up along as I go.

I didn't end up getting the file on me. Tony quickly took it and made it disappear.

I was now on my laptop, hacking into things and trying to find that file. Wherever it was hidden, it was hidden well. I had spent the whole night trying to find this file and still hadn't found anything.

I looked out towards the window and saw the sunrise. It really was a great view from all the way up here. Back at the place I use to stay, I had a great view but this was even better. I think I'm going to miss this place a bit. I got used to the luxury of this place. I wasn't sure what would happen to me after everything happened.

I quickly got changed into black skinny jeans, a white tank-top with a murky green jacked and put on black cargo boots. I admired my look in the mirror, something was missing. I pulled back some hair from the front and pinned it back. There, perfect. 

I didn't pack anything as I didn't know how long I would be gone for, not that I actually owned much. Everything I owned in that apartment had been taken. Tony went to check it out a few days ago, not that I trust him much. I couldn't trust that man after what Loki said.

"Tony is the reason why your mother's dead. That group of people that were in your house when you where a mere child killed her and also kidnapped your dad, the note was false. That's why you were never injured. They were meant to take you back to him, he'd have full custody. He betrayed the trust of your whole family. He had something to gain from you." Loki said, looking me dead in the eye.

I scrunched up my head in confusion. 

'What would he gain from a child? He use to be and still is a irresponsible man acting a child." I asked.

"Information about an experiment his father did many years ago." He said quickly after I finished asking my question.

"What experiment and what does this experiment have to do with me?" I asked, not sure what information he could get from me about an experiment that happened years ago.

"Captain America, You're grandfather." He said, a smirk slowly creeping upon his face.

I couldn't truly trust the god of lies but he was giving me answers and that's a lot more than what anyone else is doing for me. 

I was lost in thought of everything going on that I didn't hear someone walk in. It was no surprise to me that it wasn't Tony, he couldn't be bothered doing that much but who walked in was a surprise.

"What are you doing here Loki?" I said in a harsh whisper. "You do realise that there's an AL system in this building?" I asked but it wasn't really a question.

"I'm not an idiot. I came to tell you what is to happen soon." I spat back.

"Still risky along with idiotic." I said under my breath. 

"I can hear you." I seemed angry but soon is dissolved and a new emotion swept across his voice. "Act like you really want to be part of the avengers. You'll know when I want to to join me." He said quite calmly.

His emerald green eyes stared into my bright blue ones. I heart was pounding in was chest. Was I scared? 

No, I couldn't be. He wouldn't kill me, he still needs my help, he won't have anyone in the avengers on his side than. 

Than why was my heart pounding in my chest? 

"Okay, is that all you wanted to say?" I said after composing myself.

His eyes glinted in a mysterious way and a sly smirk was sketched on his lips.

"Oh, just a friendly reminder, I can read your thoughts." And with a chuckle and another smirk, he was gone.

I furrowed my head in confusion. I much could he read into my thoughts.

"Sophie, agent Coulson from S.H.E.I.L.D will be here soon. He'll take you back to their base, I'll be there but first  I have to kick some reindeer butt." Tony had his whole suit on and was about to fly off.

"Oh and before I forget, stopped hacking into JARVIS." He said and then flew off.

I made sure he was gone before I opened back up my laptop. I hacked into a few things and soon found a familiar name..... HYDRA.

I hacked into a few files and found a photo of a boy of a girl. I couldn't make out much features but I could at least see some print at the bottom.

Information on their base and what was going to happen to these two people. I printed it out and folded it and hid it in my pocket. This could become handy in the future.

"Miss Sophie, Agent Coulson is here."

Well I updated in a months time, even if it's not that long. I know it might be a bit boring but this book is setting things up in the future. So what do people think? I had no idea what went on with Tony in the time Phil Coulson saw him and when he 'took down' Loki. What do you think about the information Loki gave her and why her heart was beating fast?
