CASSIE'S P.O.V

"You look nice" he says "ready to leave?" He asks extending his hand for me to intertwine our fingers. He uses his thumb to caress the top of my hand. The tingles emanating from his finger felt calming.

"Can I put these flowers in a vase before we leave? I don't want them to wither." He nodded and I immediately rushed to put them in the vase on the table. I'll put them in a better one when I get back later. I shouted upstairs to my parents telling them that I'm leaving now. I hurried out before they could come to take pictures. They're so embarrassing. They take pictures of every date I go on like it's my first. "Now I'm ready." I told him with a smile.

"Okay, let's go" he says with his always pleasant smile. He led me to his car and opened the door gesturing for me to get in. He backed out of the drive way and now we are on our way.

The ride was quite. But, it wasn't one of those awkward silences. There wasn't really any need for us to communicate without the atmosphere being all tense. After about an hour he pulled inside the drive way of somewhere. I can't really explain it. It's like an arcade but at the same time it's not. They had a lot of fun places. There's a movie theater, a go-carting track, laser tag, pool, bowling, and a bunch of fast food joints like Applebee's, Buffalo Wild Wings, a Chinese Buffet and so on. I suddenly got excited. I really like places like these. I was the first to get out of the car. He came out after laughing at how excited I was. Places like these makes me feel like a big kid.

We headed inside and got two fuze cards. They're cards that we have to put money on to play the games. All we have to do is scan it, so easier than waiting to pay by cash. They first thing I wanted to do was go-carting. We headed to the entrance and waited until it was our time to go on. Only 6 cars were allowed on the track, so stupid I wanted to crash into people.

It was finally our time and even though I don't know how to drive, it can't be that hard. We got our cards scanned and got our car. I got a blue one with stripes on it. Ugh. I like blue but I hate stripes, somewhat. I got in the car and started to buckle my seat-belts but there's so many straps and I honestly don't know which one is which or which one to start with. Danny was going into his car when he noticed my dilemma and helped me out. While he was doing it he chuckled a bit and I began to moue

"That's not nice" I said still moue. He just smiled. His smile is so contagious that I immediately started smiling also.

"Don't crash" he said and pecked me on my forehead before he walked to his car. I won't go easy on him. Once we got on the track I didn't get the hang of it immediately. I never thought it would be this hard but I caught on soon enough. It got really fun, got a little scared while turning the corners but no big deal. Every time we went around the corners it would feel like the car would either turn over or crash so I would slowdown all the time.

We finished that and took the elevator to the third floor where the arcade is. I think we played at least 25 games before I finally got tired and suggested that we watch our movie now since it was the last thing we had to do.

"What movie do you want to see?" He asks. I'm very indecisive when it comes to movies. Whenever I come here with Jamie it would take at least 30 minutes before we decide on what movie to see.

"I don't know. What movie do you want to see?" I say trying to avoid me having to choose. He quirks his eye and then laughs.

"I see what you did there" he says still laughing.

"What did I do?" I ask trying to be oblivious.

"You're trying to avoid choosing a movie. I didn't know you were the indecisive type" he says now smiling.
