Ciel's Twin.

There's a theory about ''Black butler'' saying that Ciel Phantomhive has a twin. Now some people say that Ciel is not really Ciel. That he stole his brother's name to be head of the Phantomhive. The picture above you see two Ciels. In ''Book Of Circus'' when you see the old guy remembering Ciel, it shows Vincent, on Vincents left you see Ciel who's happy, then to his right you see another Ciel who's shy. When ''Ciel'' run's off to see his uncle you'll see the other Ciel.

Now going to when Ciel is stabbed. You see Ciel on the table be stabbed but then it goes to in the cage when he summoned Sebastian. Now when Ciel was stabbed he would have died, but if he summoned Sebastian before you'd think Sebastian would've helped him.

Now in the manga when it show's Ciel in the cage there's another picture showing feet on a table, and that's right after he got stabbed, so either it's Ciel's Twin or another kid. But when Sebastian asks Ciel 'what's your name' in the mange it looks like Ciel is looking at the table, then he responds with ''I'm Ciel, Ciel Phantomhive.'' now if your confused I'm saying the real Ciel died (The one that was happy) and the other Ciel lived and took his brother's name. Vincent also says when ''he's shy'' he also say's that he's 'sick' which would make more since because Ciel get's sick a lot.

Now that fact could be wrong. ''Ciel'' could be the real Ciel and his brother died, no one really knows. Which I hope they make a season 3 to explain. But remember this is just a theory, it could be real or it could be fake. It's for you to decide.
