It startled a lot of people. I regained my senses, and realised I had said it.
I walked up to the stage, and took my place. "Haller Sapot, 18."
"Well give it up, for our 25th Annual Hunger Games, Tributes!"

I tried to keep my calm. But I was scared.
We were escorted to the Justice Building. There we were separated, and we said our goodbyes.
A peacekeeper stormed in, with my parents. "You have 60 seconds.
"Mother, father!" I ran embraced them. My mother was on the verge of tears. "I will win. I am stronger, faster, and more advanced then them."
"Don't kill anyone unless absolutely necessary, Hal. Promise me?" Father spoke.
I nodded, before embracing them again. The Peacekeeper stormed in and pulled my parents out. Next my instructor.
"Haller. Well done." He held out his hand, and I shook it. "I've never heard you speak before this. So continue that. Good luck. Your my best student. And I want you back." By the time he'd finished, time was up.
Defer, Hertyr, and some others came and saw me as well. It was a blur, but when Jettre came to collect us, I was ready.
"Chins up, smiles on! The press will want full coverage, and you want no sign of weakness!"
We walked down the final corridor in the Justice Building. And as soon as we reached towards the giant oak doors separating us from the press, we could hear them.
Jettre flung the doors open, and left us out in the open, bare and exposed.
"Jilian! Why did you..."
"Haller, what is....."
"Jilian!"
"Haller!"
Question after question. They didn't stop coming. I left them, and for into our car, Jilian following. The driver began and we were off towards the train station.
