I raced over to the window, to find the Capitol people cheering. There was a sea of purple, green, pink, unnatural blonde, and a lot of unusual colours. They were chanting our names. We were obviously a popular district for the Capitol. We won most years.

Danil came into my room, shut the windows and blinds, and grabbed the only suit out of the cupboard. "Get this on. Quickly."

He ran back out, and I was left to change. It was a black suit with red engraved weapons on it, to show what district we are. They had matching dark pants, and a bow tie. I slipped it on, and went into the bathroom, tidying my hair up a bit. I put it up in a quiff, and walked up to the door closest to me. When Povie signalled, we walked out, all at different points of the train.

My sandy blonde hair, my blue yes, and chiseled chin made a lot of girls go crazy. But not this much. The ladies were tripping over one another to get a look. I stepped onto the platform to be engulfed in arms, legs, heads all trying to hug, kiss, or touch me.

I smiled slyly, and turned back to the train. I climbed up the railing, and made my way to the top of the train. The crowd hushed, thinking I was doing something bad, until I turned round, and blew a kiss to them all.

Some of the girls fainted, and others squealed. Maybe I could use this to my advantage. All the attention could get me sponsors, ensuring my survival in the Games. Maybe, just maybe.

"Haller! Haller! Haller!" They began chanting my name.

A Peacekeeper signalled that it was time to go. I jumped from the roof, and landed with a thump. I worked my way through the crowded station, until I finally found Danil. He breathed, "You seem to know what you are doing. But Hal, don't draw to much, otherwise the Career pack will kick you out. Now, you can meet your prep team!" We left the cheering fans behind.

I saw three people standing at the top of the stairs. They started running down, and met us halfway. "Haller! Oh my gosh, it feels like I have been waiting forever! My name is Tori! Danil, we've got it from here!"

Danil nodded, went to say something, decided better, and turned and left.

They began introducing themselves. All I remember is knowing that Tori was overly obsessed with jewellery, Abagail with the bright colours, and Katana with extremely thick make up.

They led me to the Justice Building, where they took me up to level 2. They then took me into a curtained room, and made me strip. Bare. They started hosing me down, scrubbing my skin, until it was spotless. They began on my hands. They cut away my nails, made my hands flawless. They shaved some of my hair off, and put it up in my usual style. They created a pattern on my beard, like waves. They started on my legs, and on my feet.

By the time they had finished, after countless giggle fits, they clothed me in a simple cotton bathrobe. They lead me into a smaller room with nothing but a bed. They left me there. I walked the small perimeter of the room until a tall guy walked in. I sat on the bed, acting as if I had done nothing.

"My name is Gladius, and I am your stylist." Gladius spoke.

I just sat there, not knowing what to respond with. He walked quickly out, then walked back in with a suit bag. He ripped the bag off, to reveal a suit. But not any suit. It was literally made out of weapons. It was made out of knives and some short swords, arrow and axe heads.

"No freaking way! I'm not wearing that!" I yelled.

"Relax, it's a holographic image, designed to look as real as possible. It works better under light." He waved his hand through my suit, and I grimaced, thinking he would have a dismembered. But, it passed straight through, uninjured. He exited, leaving the suit next to me.
