"So,we just walk past them?"Camilia asked while lifting her backpack up.Jason shook his head."No,once we get to Northville,we will need to change our appearance."
Camilia tilted her head."But we'll have the same face,It won't matter what we change."Jason nodded."Yes,but no one in Northville knows what we look like and don't forget the Nightgaurds hate the cold.They'd never come to Northville without causing a riot,and that will be on the news and we will see it and that will give us time to get away."Camilia felt embarrassed that she hadn't thought of that."Okay,so how do we get passed the Nightgaurds?"Jason smiled."I have a plan."
Jason explained the plan to Camilia.Her eyes widened.The plan was crazy and dangerous.But it just might work.
They both dressed in black so they would match the nights darkness.The plan was that they would jump roof to roof until they reached the end of Eastville.
Jason climbed up the side of Camilias home.The bricks providing just enough space to fit both the tips of his sneakers and his fingers inside.Camilia gulped when Jason grunted.She wad terrified.She didn't want Jason to get hurt,she loved him.
Jason reached the top and called out to Camilia."Climb as carefully and quickly as you can and don't look down." 'Easy for you to say..'Camilia though to herself.She climbed out of her window and started climbing."Don't look down.."She kept telling herself.
Finally,she reached the top."Good job,now comes the difficult part.I can jump farther sooo..."Jason lifted Camilia up bridal style and kissed her softly."For good luck."He winked as Camilia blushed,and he prepared himself to jump.
