Was it possible? It didn't make sense, at all... All of this. As if now everything was ... Like gone, everything. The fear, the sadness, the horror, the pain... even the connection, the feels, the love. Just like disappearing in the black hole of questions and insanity. It was hard to breathe. It was hard to think and to answer all those questions. Wait? Who was he fooling? It was hard anyway, hard to keep himself together. He was the only witness, the only one that could probably give everyone a proper answer, but he was just ruined from that moment till today, three days later. He was trying to make everyone believe that he is ok, but he sucked at lying anyway. He was just creeping like a ghost around the infirmary. Just like in the beginning. But this time he was at a loss. The boy was there, Sanji was there, his crewmate was there, the man he loved was inside the damn infirmary, but Zoro couldnt bring himself to enter the room. Noone asked him why, probably because everyone knew about his feelings till this point. But there was no turning back. He promised.

"I hope you'll be able to make me remember."

So he knew nothing. Well of course, it was natural for him not to know a single thing about those two years. Zoro was slowly begining to convince himself that every conversation he had with this 'Sanji' in his dreams was probably a mind trick. The whole 'back from the death' was creepy enough without Zoro's internal love drama. He would try, but for now he had to be Roronoa Zoro, slightly worried piece of shit, not bursting inside the room kissing the hell out of him. He knew nothing. It was better to have Sanji alive without shared love, instead of open love but him being dead.

Half an hour later he just wandered outsude when he heard a quiet 'tud'. He turned his head around, his eyes meeting Luffy's.

"How are you?" The Captain asked the green haired man.

"Well, I don't know honestly." Zoro said quietly. Luffy sat next to him on the bench. "He is here, amazingly, he is here once again... but.."

"But?"

"I don't wanna sound like a total freak. You are probably the only one that have been and will always be by my side, because only you are stupid enought to trust a Bounty Hunter, and will not freak out, but... I talked to him, before he came back." It took Luffy a moment to get the meaning of Zoro's words, before he gasped, his mouth wide open.

"What? Wh-what do you mean?"

"I could always....a-always talk to him in my dreams, I mean-"

"In your dreams?" Repeated Luffy carefully. Zoro felt a sudden clench in his chest, as if he was becoming more than crazy.

"Yes... At first I was able to hear a voice, from time to time. Familiar, but I considered it like a part of me..." Zoro took a deep breath and continued. " Then I heard the same voice in my dreams, and then I saw him... Healthy as fuck, with his stupid face and stupid hair and ugly eyebrows... he was alive Luffy, at least he was there, in my dreams... breathing. Not in coma, or pale, or dead... We talked... kissed... and talked... Only... Then one night... the night Sanji died, in my dream about him, he told me that he has to go. And said his farewell. And after then, I never dreamed about him. Crazy enough isn't it?" He put his story to an end. Luffy was looking carefully at his flip-flops, as if he had never seen them, absorbing the insane information.

"Why did you not tell us?" He simply asked.

"I was a little too fucked up." Came the response.

"Do you wanna see him?" The Captain asked all of a sudden, making Zoro feel a jolt of surprise and his whole body froze on instant. "He is awake..."

"I-i... I want to... But I'm a little s-scared... Bloody hell, I'm hella scared!" Said Zoro with trembling voice.

"If you want, I will come with you... But it would be better to be only you." Luffy said softly and then he put a hand on his crewmate's shouder. "You know... Sanji asked about you."

"Me? He is actually interested in me, overall the fact that he's been dead for so long? Being dead is insane enough!" Zoro answered on instant, not knowing how to escape his feelings, that made him wanna choke on his words. He put his head in his hands and ruffed his hair. The green mess on his head, falling slightly over his eyes reminded him that it was about damn time to cut his hair. "Do you have something so I can tie my hair up?" Asked Zoro. Without a word, Luffy pulled out a small black hair tie and handed it to his best mate, watching his clingy movements and the way he was collecting his hair. So beautiful, and so forbidden. An old dream. Luffy wanted to run his hands trought Zoro's long hair, but he was forbidden. He belonged to Sanji... No matter what.

"I'll go... and see him... But later." Said Zoro and turned his eyes to meet Luffy's. " I'll wait till everyone is asleep."
