Chapter 2: What a hot gal!

Titus arrived two weeks later to Seville, Spain. He went out of the ship and quickly took his luggage and raced to a nearby inn, as the climate was harsh and it looked like it was going to rain. He quickly opened the door and closed it behind him. He walked slowly and watched the tavern closely. He saw many men and women drinking and singing, also a man playing a piano and some folks dancing in the middle of the tavern. he approached to the counter and looked at the lady that was serving the drinks, a woman with brown eyes and black hair. The woman got near Titus and said:

"My name is Alma... Alma Kayne, and you are?"

"I'm Titus Mede Thatcher, I'm a...Archaeologist" he lied

"Oh, an archaeologist in Seville, amazing! So what are you doing here?" The lady asked

"Um, I'm here to... investigate some dinosaur bones in Madrid!" Titus said

"Oh, really" She asked sarcastically

"Do you think I'm an idiot Thatcher?! I have seen that mark in your suit" She said as she pointed to Titus shirt "You are the boy the Vulturian Clan sent to help us at the capture of Yamalatsamari in his fortress"She said

"How in the world did you... Wait, us? Are you...?"

"Indeed! I'm Natalia Anders, I am an assassin contracted by the MER of Russia"

"Since when does this paranormal investigations interest the Military Embassy of Russia?" Titus asked

"Since I got demoted from the rank of captain of the reserve army. I got fired because I started rumors of the vampires nesting up in a river cave near the base camp. The general was alerted of this and they fired me. Since then i have been chasing the vampires wherever there are rumors about them, and since Yamalatsamari is the only one I've had this year I plan to make it outstanding!"

Natalia opened the bar door and told Titus to follow her. They both entered a room with a table and four chairs. They sat down and continued their conversation:

"Miss Anders, weren't we supposed to meet outside the enemy fortress?" Titus asked

"Well I was on my way there but my boss here in Seville told me that if I left before doing some chores he assigned me, I would get fired, and for a woman that lives under the radar, that is a huge sacrifice" She sadly answered

"Well maybe we should leave together! I mean... If you like of course!" Titus said

Natalia giggled and said "Well then, aren't you a charmer, okay I'll go with you!"

Natalia stood up and told Titus to follow her into her room. When they arrived, she opened a closet and got out some bags full of clothes and weapons (You know, the usual assassin stuff;small pistols, knifes, axes and some shotguns). She handed them to Titus who was full of luggage know that he carried her luggage and his. She went into a small room and closed the door. After five minutes she opened the door again and she was know dressed as a real assassin, some really tight  black jeans, a black shirt and some shotguns on her back. She took out a coat out of her closet and putted it on. Titus was watching her like a hawk and so she giggled at him and said:

"It seems you haven't seen a girl that wears really tight jeans in your life huh!"

Titus simply smiled at her, and so both got out of her room, they got out to the main floor where there were people drinking. She went to the bar and called a man that was in the kitchen of the inn and said:

"Aswald, keep the inn running while I'm on a trip, and of course tell the boss his chores are finished"

The man asserted with his face and so waved Titus and Natalia goodbye. As Natalia and Titus made it out of the buildinng they saw that it was raining and so called a carriage. They got in and told the driver to get them to the west, to the coast that touched the Mediterranean sea, from which they were going to take a ship that would take them to Italy, to a remote jungle like location located far from any civilization, there would they meet their match...
