I didn't sleep for the rest of the night. I was too happy and anxious. Was the Prince telling the truth? If he was, then I had powers, I wasn't a mistake and I wasn't useless. But that also meant that I wasn't the only Dragon Marked, and the other was someone I knew, and was probably not one of the good guys.

I lay in bed and thought about what Prince William had meant. Before I knew it, it was time for school. I reluctantly got dressed in a pair of skinny jeans and a blue off-the shoulder shirt with blue flip-flops. I walked downstairs and knocked on Dean's room.

"In here," he called from in the kitchen. He walked into the hallway with a bowl of cereal.

Suddenly, there was a severe pain in my leg, where the bruise was. I collapsed, screaming in pain. I was barely conscious for a few more seconds, before the pain became unbearable and passed out.

White. That was all I could see. Maybe I had died, and Prince William had been wrong. Then, things began to become more clear. I could see a pale green curtain to the side and a scratchy blue blanket covered me. I wasn't dying. I heard the beep, beep, beep, of a heart monitor. What was I doing at a hospital?

There was a soft bang, and a face appeared in front of me. It was the face of a young girl with pale blonde curls, big, blue eyes and a pale face that was shaped like a heart. All of a sudden, she was hugging me.

I could not have been more confused. "Excuse me, but could you tell me what's going on? Why I'm in the hospital?" I asked the girl, lightly pushing her away from me. She shook her head, and ran off.

Someone came in as she left, and I was relieved to see the white coat of a doctor. The doctor looked like she could be the mother of the little girl, with the same pale blonde hair, porcelain skin and blue eyes.

"Sorry about my daughter, she does that a lot," the doctor laughed and shook her head. "I'm Doctor Elizabeth Brown. It's nice to see you're alright." Doctor Brown smiled.

"I would introduce myself, but I'm pretty sure that you already know who I am," I said, laughing a little. "Would you mind telling me where I am? And why I'm here?"

A serious look fell over her face. "Cyzari, you are in the Royal Hospital. What can you tell me about that bruise on your leg?"

I looked at her, confused. Then I remembered. "I noticed it after I woke up from a nightmare. I can't remember what happened, but I must have bumped into something."

She shook her head. "Cyzari, you didn't hit your leg. Someone attacked you in a dream," she said.

"But how is that possible? No one should be able to do that anymore, all of the dream walkers were demons or given that ability from the Devils, and every demon was trapped by Analisa, and trading with the Devils is forbidden," I responded, getting more panicked with each word.

"Not all of the demons were cast from the world. And not everyone follows rules," she replies ominously. Everything was silent for a few minutes, as doctor Brown let that information sink in. A sudden knock on the door startled both of us.
