Everybody Has Their Demons

Everybody has their demons. Everyone has those little things inside of them.

Some people will choose to try and keep them hidden deep down inside; far out of sight. They try to do the best they can, to be the best person they can be. They want nothing to do with those bad parts of them. They've never wished to be bad.

But sometimes, it's hard for them to squash their demons down, and they come out for the whole world to see. They lose that eternal, internal battle.

And it's at these times, that so much damage is done.

You see, when you try to hide something so evil away for so long, it's going to come out guns blazing.

They're going to hurt a lot of people at least a little, or they're going to hurt those few important people a lot. They may even lose them.

But the people who never try to hide their demons?

They never have anyone get that close.

They push them away before they get close enough to get broken.

So on one hand, you have the people who hurt and lose the people they've let close and care about. And on the other, you have the people who never let anyone get close.

And now? Now it's just a matter of deciding of deciding which type of pain and torture you'd rather.
