I found my way out. I made it out of the sewer. I'm alive, I'm free, I have no idea what to do next. What would Piper do. Let's see, she would analyze the situation, and the near by surroundings. Okay, there are a lot of trees. I think one time I heard Kayla mention that the plantation was in a place that people called New York. In the plan that Piper made says that we have to go east to Boston in order to be safe. Which way is east.
I have no idea how to find east. I don't even know what that means. According to Piper and Kayla I started at plantation when I was three. I honestly don't believe it. Even being a three year old, how could I not remember my mom or dad. Kayla and Piper never talk about them, the only thing I remember is he plantation. Do they even remember outside life?
If they missed the outside, why did they not try harder to leave? I have so many questions, well I alway have questions, but this time I have no answers. I just came up with another one, what would we have done after we escaped. I know that we are going to "Boston", but who's going to take care of us? Who's going to feed us? Should I just turn back, at least I get three square meals a day, and a place to sleep every night. The only thing wrong is Madam and the guards that are under her power.
