As I scowled at my mother, well technically my step mom but she was close to a mom, I turned my eyes to look at the prep, okay he was very good looking but there is no way in hell I want to marry him.

"Come sit down Allison," my father tried to sound light and airy but his voice was heavy with anger. I did as I was told I walked over towards my father and passed him. I decided to sit where I wanted, on the ledge of our fire place, my favorite spot in the whole house. My father glared daggers at me and I glared back. I pulled out my iPod touch and put on evanescence, trying to ignore the conversation going on around me. I looked around and my eyes landed on Chase who was staring at me. I gave him the finger and looked away, my mother looked appalled. I looked at the clock 11:45. I have a meeting with the record label in fifteen minutes! And right on cue I heard a horn out front.

"Who's that?" my mother looked at me.

"It's the guys; I have a meeting with Blackout records. Remember?" I said standing up and pulling out my headphones.

"You are not going," my father said sternly.

"Oh yeah? Watch me," I stubbornly replied. I stepped around my father and walked towards the door. I saw the van and Aaron leaning against it. Everyone that was in the living room followed me out and were standing on the front porch. I walked over to Aaron and placed a huge kiss on his lips. I heard a collective gasp from the group of people behind me. I turned around flashed them a sweet smile and flipped them the bird. It's pretty obvious that it's my favorite hand signal. I jumped into the van and through the open window heard my father yell at me, "If you leave now I'll sell your mustang!" I looked around at the guys with wide eyes.

"Guys," I whispered.

"NO! No way, what's more important us or your mustang?" Pete asked.

"Guys it was my mom's, my real mom's not hers," I said pointing to my step mom. I got out of the car and whispered a sorry.

"Tell them I had to move, call up Liz she's an amazing singer," I told them. I turned my back to them and started to walk away. I heard the van screech out of the driveway and down the street, a lone tear slid down my cheek. I wiped it away quickly and proceeded to my front door.

"I hate you," I snarled at my father as I walked past him not even bothering to look at him.
