My eyes glisten wet
Tears falling
Brimming over my lashes
Dripping slowly
Down my cheeks
Falling in tiny splashes
Turning the fabric
Of my life
A deeper shade
Of cloth
Like the sunrise
Cascading Rays over me
drying my eyes
Fixing my make up
The deeper color
Of my clothing
The only proof
That I am dying inside.
