Ashley pov
"Beep beep beep" i groan as i roll over to hit my alarm. I drag my feet out of my warm comforter and walk over to my dresser where my phone is laying. i picked it up to see two texts one from my best friend and one from my boyfriend i decided to answer my best friend james first.
"Hey we have early cheer practice dont be late captain ;)"
I reply with
"I wont when am i ever late:)"
I press send an move onto hunter texts.
"Gm baby ill see u in second period love you"
I smiled at the text and reply with an i love you too and walk over to my dresser.
i open my drawer and put on a pink cami, a black vest, black skinny jeans and my gold sandals.
once im done i walk to the bathroom and straighten my hair to perfection after im done i brush my teeth and put on mascara and a eyeliner wing. I rub on some lip gloss and pop my lips and walk out the bathroom i grab my bag and phone and walk downstairs to see my mom feeding my baby sister
"Morning mom, morning morgan" i say kissing my mom and Morgan on the cheek
"Morning hun dont you have an early practice?" My mom wondered
"Yeah im heading out now" I say grabbing a k-bar and a water
"Okay have fun" she says watching my sister babble
"ok see u guys" i say running out
I hear faint i love you toos but ignore it and walk to my car and hop in. i pull out and start listening to 22 by taylor swift. i pull up to my fav parking lot with a smile i get out and as i walk towards school i wave and give a couple hi's as i walk in i go straight down the hall to the gym locker room and slip on some sweats and a t-shirt that hug my curves i slip on my gym sneakers and run out to the gym to see the squad doing warm ups when they notice me they cheer and give me hey's and hi's i walked over to james with a smile
"Hey you" he says with a chuckle
"Hey jay" i say and start stretching with the rest of the team
"So whats up with you and Hunter" he asked bending down to his foot
"Pretty good still sweet as ever" i say shaking off all the stretches
"Good" he says
I look around to see everyone pretty much finished so i walk up to the front so everyone can see me
"Okay guys were going to practice the routine from yesterday but im adding just a few more moves" i say
They cheer as i put the music on and i run to my spot we do the routine and it was pretty good we finished up practice as me and the rest of the team ran to the locker room and changed i hear the bell and groan knowing im gonna be late for my first class i walk out the locker room to already see jay waiting
"Your ready for some biology" he says with a smirk
"Jay you know i hate that class" i say as we walk towards my locker
"Oh come on mr fitz isnt that bad" he says leaning against another locker facing me
"He hates me because im popular" i say rolling my eyes and grabbing my bio textbook and binder
"Suuure thats why he hates you come on" he says
I groan and slam my locker we walked to james locker so he can grab his stuff and then we walk to bio i sit down and james sits next to me since he's my lab partner
"I really hope he isnt here" i say checking over my homework
"Youll be fine" he says
I was about to argue when his phone beeps he looks down and his eyes widen like he just saw a naked girl running by
"Whats up jay" i say a little concern
"Were getting a new student tomorrow" he says
My mouth drops as i hear that since we live in a small town we bearly get new people who move here so for a new student to come here is pretty big
"Is it a boy or a girl" i asked excited
"Its a boy" he says sadly
"Awww its ok jay you have amy remember" i say with a smirk
"Shut up she is an annoying stalker" he says
I was about to argue again when mr fitz walked in here we go
$$$$$$$$$$$$
I walk over to the popular table with hunter hand on my back guiding me i sit down with my chips and pepsi and peck Hunter on the lips
"So babe are you ready to cheer for your #1 quarterback" he says cocky
"Sure am and so are the girls" i said biting a hot cheeto
I see james on his way over and i get a big smile on my face
"Hey jay" i say with a smirk
"Hey omg im so tired i can't wait for the game tonight" he says taking a sip of his pepsi
"True" i say biting another chip
We heard the speaker come on and everyone quiets down to listen
"Um can ashley hall please come to the office ashley hall" the speaker says and goes off
Everyone oohs and i roll my eyes
"What did you get me into jay" i said giving him a look
"Nothing yet" he says shrugging
I sigh and get up to walk to the office i get there and walk straight to the principal door and sit down in a chair
"So ashley do you know why your here?"
"No but may i ask why"
"Well as you may have heard were getting a new student and i was wondering if you could show him around" she asked
"Sure no problem"
"Thanks you may go back to lunch just report to the office tomorrow so you can see him"
I walk out knowing this will be intresting tomorrow
