Chapter 3: Flendar Invasion

(A/N: I'm really sorry for the long update, it's because of school. And I forgot to tell you that I'm only allowed to use my cellphone during weekends which means I'll be updating or writing new stories in the weekends, so I'm sorry for not telling you sooner and for keeping you waiting. Anyways here's the new chapter. Enjoy!)

Peepers and Maika eat together almost everyday as friends. Even though Maika seem to be happy, Peepers can tell that she's hiding something but he didn't show that suspicion either. Maika has been keeping her secret from anyone until one day.

Maika and Peepers are sitting on their seats.

"So are we invading a planet today? I want to go on a mission already as a new watchdog."

"Didn't you go through like two missions already?"

"Yeah, but I still feel excited for another mission." Maika said excitedly. Peepers just rolled his eye while smiling because Maika's personality is another thing that makes her unique and is actually another thing why he likes her.

"So are we invading a planet today?" Maika asked still pumped up.

"Yeah, we're invading Flendar."

"But I heard Flendar has already been taken and didn't you told me that you went through a really long invasion plan brainstorm with Lord Hater and when you arrived at the planet you were defeated by Wander with his banjo."

"Yeah... but I thought we should try stealing a planet from another villain."

"Huh, well that's seem smart. So what's the name of the villain were gonna fight?"

"Dr. Blob."

Then Maika suddenly dropped her fork on the tray with a shocked expression and her hand was shaking a bit. "Is everything alright Maika?" Peepers asked. "Uh yeah... it's just I heard he's a really smart scientist so I was a little afraid maybe we can't beat him." Maika said nervously. "Ooooh... look at the time. Guess I'll see you later C. Peeps." Maika took her tray, stood up and walked away. That's when Peepers grew more suspicious about Maika. 'I'll just figure this out after the invasion.' Peepers thought as he stood up and walked away.

Later that afternoon, the whole watchdog army was gathered into one big room with a giant TV screen. Peepers started explaining the plan with the illustrations on the screen. The plan was that since the whole planet is protected by a barrier that is keeping anyone or anything from entering or escaping the planet, they will use a drill machine that is powered by Lord Hater's powers to drill through the barrier. Once it's done the watchdogs will come down on the planet from the hole in the barrier. The watchdogs will be divided into squads and each squad is assigned to infiltrate a sector of Flendar's government that is controlled by Dr. Blob. After the explanation of the plan all the watchdogs went to their squad to come up with a plan on how to infiltrate their sector and Maika is in the squad with Lord Hater whose infiltrating the king's palace.

They finally arrived at Flendar. Lord Hater's squad (which is the biggest squad) is in a control room with loads of buttons and the picture of Flendar on screen.

"Are you ready sir?" Peepers asked Lord Hater.

"Yeah, yeah let's just take this sucker down!" Lord Hater impatiently answered.

Peepers pressed a button and two posts started rising up in front of Lord Hater, each had a white ball on top. Peepers pressed another button and a giant drill came out from the top of Lord Hater's ship and it leaned to the barrier and stopped before its tip touched it. Then Lord Hater put his hands on the balls of the posts and used his power. Green lightning emited from his body to the posts and the giant drill glowed green then started drilling through the barrier and the barrier started breaking like glass. It took a while, but it finally drilled through the barrier.

The ship slowly flew to the hole, all the watchdogs were standing up straight with their guns and waiting for the mouth of the ship to open, Peepers noticed that Maika whose standing beside him seems a little nervous so Peepers put his hand on her shoulder and Maika looked at Peepers. "Hey, everythings going to be fine." Peepers said trying to comfort her and she nodded. The ship arrived at the hole, it opened its mouth and the tongue rolled through the hole and on the ground. The watchdogs started marching outside the ship all shouting "Hate's great best villain!" multiple times, until an army of robots started charging at them and the watchdogs kept shooting at them while going to the sector they're going to infiltrate. At Lord Hater's squad, Lord Hater was shooting some robots with his powers and the watchdogs were shooting with their guns while marching to the king's palace.

Lord Hater used his powers and blew a hole in the building and there were loads of robots inside, then the squad started shooting at the robots. The building has a lot of rooms and as they break through each room trying to go to the throne room, more robots keep coming and they're loosing more watchdogs in the squad. When they finally reached the throne room all that's left of the squad is Lord Hater, Peepers, Maika and 5 watchdogs. They blew a hole in the room and Lord Hater shouted "Give up Blob, 'cause I claim this planet in the name of LORD HATER THE GREATEST IN THE GALAXY!" and there was green lightning and music. But weirdly, the room was dark and it seems like there's no one there. Until they heard a villanous laugh, 'Oh no! I-I can't let him catch me, I don't want to live under his grasp again!'  Maika thought as she slowly stepped back with a scared look on her face. "You really think you're the greatest in the galaxy?..." Then there was a spotlight over a green slime creature wearing a labcoat. "I don't think so. 'cause you are really foolish if you think you can defeat me Dr. Blob the most brilliant and evil scientist in the entire galaxy. Ha! hahahahaha!" Then there were lights that looked like eyes started glowing all around the room. And big gigantic robots came out of the shadows. "Robots, destroy them!" Dr. Blob commanded and the robots started shooting at them, the squad tried shooting at the robots but their lasers didn't even scratch them. The 5 watchdogs were taken out so all it's left is Lord Hater, Peepers and Maika. Lord Hater suddenly became so scared he held up his hand like a phone and shouted "Retreat! The mission is over Retreat! Retreat!" All the squads of watchdogs looked at each other confused when they heard Lord Hater on their phones. Then they suddenly screamed "Aaaah! Go back to the ship! Back to the ship!" and they ran back to the ship like cowards. "Sir! What the grop are you doing! We can't give- Aaah!" Peepers was suddenly pulled to the shadows by a robot arm. "Peepers!" Maika shouted as she tried to go after Peepers but the lasers from the giant robots keep shooting at her so she followed Lord Hater instead who was running away.

Everyone ran up the tongue of the ship and when everyone was in, the tongue of the ship rolled up and its mouth closed and the ship flew away in a second.

(A/N: Oh no! Peepers is taken hostage! Will they get the commander back? Why is Maika afraid of  Dr. Blob? And what the heck is Maika's secret?! Find out in the next chapter. Which will be out in a few days (again I'm sorry). So please stick around for the update. Bye!)
