You and Roman we're hanging out backstage in his locker room, watching Raw on the small monitor that every locker room had, and you were cuddling on the couch when he suddenly turned the monitor off
"I need to talk to you about something'' he said as he turned to face you
There was something about his tone of voice that was making you nervous, and you could already tell that whatever he was going to say would not be good
''I uh. I don't think things are working out between us anymore.'' Roman stated. ''You're still so young. You should be with someone who is well, who is more your age, someone who wants the same things as you do.''
''I don't want to be with someone else'' you replied, sitting up slightly. ''I'm happy with you, and I thought you were too."
"We were, but the longer we're together, the more I notice the age gap being a problem" Roman explained
You felt attacked. "So as I'm 9 years younger than you, you're just going to give up on us? I thought you loved me, clearly not enough."
"It's not like that"
"Then what is it like?" You asked .When we first got together, you told me that the age gap didn't matter."
''I've just come to realize that we're just too different-''
Tears fell down your cheek as you stood up and gathered up your things
''Please don't leave like this. Sit back down, and we can talk some more'' Roman said
''What's there to talk about?'' you asked. ''You've made your feelings perfectly clear"
You left the room before he could say anything else
