Teen mom~ Jai Brooks

Chapter 4

Today I'm going to meet up with some friends for lunch and I'm taking Jaycee with me. I pulled into the parking lot and got out getting Jaycee out too. I carried the car seat to the table and sat down waiting for my friend to come. I kept Jaycee in his car seat but faced it towards me.

"Hi baby" I said smiling at him. I made kissing faces to him and he just looked at me making me laugh. I looked up and saw my friend Brittany walking towards the table. She sat down across from me with a smile.

"Hi" she said setting her bag on the seat next to her.

"Hey how are you" I said. She nodded then the waitress came with menus.

"Good been busy with school how about you?" She asked.

"Oh good tired" I said looking through the menu.

"So are you taking classes on line or going to school?" She asked as our drinks got here.

"I'm taking on line classes right now but I'm hoping that I can go back to school soon" I said unbuckling Jaycee and taking him out. I was bottle feeding him when our food got here.

"So how's the relationship with Jai" she said taking a bite of her food. I shook my head rolling my eyes.

"So Halloween my mom told me to go out I did then I get this text from Jai basically telling me I'm a bad mom because I went out and left Jaycee with my mom" I said looking at the text then showing them to her. Her eyes widened then she handed me my phone back. I nodded putting it back in my purse.

"You went out one time how bad is that" she said. I shrugged looking around restaurant.

"I guess it horrible and it's like I take care of him I put him to bed I feed him and your freaking in LA and all these places while I'm here" I said taking a bite of my food. Jaycee fell asleep so I put him back in his car seat.

"How are you and Brett" I asked taking a sip of my drink.

"We are great it's gunna be a year tomorrow" she said. I smiled at her. I wish my relationship with Jai was like hers and Brett's but it never was and I don't think it will be. Jai and me broke up a lot but always got back together. We didn't go on very many dates or anything just dated. I sighed looking down.

"I miss school and my friends" I blurted out.

"Really?" She asked making me nod. I are more of my food then it was time to pay the bill and go shop for some more clothes for Jaycee.

I pulled out the stroller and put his car seat in it and went in the store. I looked at a lot of clothes and found a lot I liked. I bought the clothes then drove home. I went in and set Jaycee down running out and getting the rest of the stuff. I went and put Jaycee in his crib and unpacked all his clothes putting them in his drawer. I slowly closed his door and walked down stairs. I sat on the couch and turned on the TV. I grabbed my phone and dialed Jai's number.it rang then went to voicemail. I sighed and threw my phone on the other end of the couch.

He has been ignoring me when I need to talk to him about Jaycee. If he won't answer maybe moving is the right thing to do.
