*Harry's POV*

Right as I saw the door slam my heart instantly dropped. I just lost the best thing that has ever happened to me, and I feel like I will never get him back. He was the first person I'd ever felt connected to. He knew how to make me laugh, how to cheer me up when I'm down, and how to be a best friend.
I picked up my phone and called him to apologize, but the lines were busy. I waited a few minutes, but everything went to voicemail. I eventually texted him and explained everything.

"Listen babe, I know that you don't believe me and I wouldn't blame you. The pictures look really true, but they aren't. She was just an old friend of mine and we ran into each other at the coffee shop. Please hear me out and give me a call when you can. I love you so much, please don't let this end."

I went into the kitchen to get a snack then went into my study. Pictures of me and him start to haunt me. Every memory we've ever had together. I look over and see a little black box I had sitting on my shelf next to the very first picture of us together. In the box, was the key to my love for him, a ring.
