The rooftop never failed them.

"The vague, lightless world is right before us." the boy spoke in hushed tones under the blaring noises of the city. They both look upon the city lights that stretched on for miles.

"The moon is the night's light," the girl's soft voice filled the air.

"The light that reflects from our glowing sun," he continued for her.

"And these city lights," their gazes met, looking away the girl spoke,"they're our stars."
