She has really disappeared. My love. My beloved mate. Where is she?
There's no scent of her to follow. How can that be? Everything has their own unique scent. Especially my Bella's beautiful scent. But is it gone.
I go into the living room and sit down on the couch.
My love is gone from my life. Now I don't have a mate anymore.
Emmet P.O.V.
I'm looking at Carlisle. How he looks makes me sad. He is my father and he has just lost his mate.
I feel so guilty. I can't do anything for him. Actually that is not true. I can do something but I don't know.
It has large consequences for me. If I do it then may die.
It's so difficult. What should I do?
After a couple of minutes I can't be in this house anymore and say that I am going hunting. I will come back later after I have done some thinking about what I should do and about my life.
