Running that's all I could do I knew where I was going but it was like being in a room with no doors just waiting for that one shimmer of hope to work.

I keep running until the hospital was in my sights I burst through the doors mum was sitting in one of the chairs crying while Greg was comforting her I ran up to Greg and gave him a huge hug same with mum

"I-Is he ok" I asked

"He fine he slipped back into the coma you can go in to hopefully he wakes up soon"

"Can I go in"

"Yeh "

I walked into the room a saw him laying there lifeless as soon as I put my hand on his, his eyes shot open he looked around when his eyes landed on me

"Who are you?"

"I'm jassabelle your sister"

"I don't have a sister I only have a brother"

"I'll go get him"

I walked out of the room and told Greg he wanted him I soon saw the boys running through the doors

"Is he ok ?" Louis asked

"Yeh he's fine but he lost part of his memory"

"What did he loose?" Liam asked

"He forgot I even existed "

"It will be ok jaz"liam assured

"NO IT WON'T LIAM I LOST MY BROTHER HE CAN'T REMEMBER ME SO MANY MEMORIES THAT NOW ONLY I CAN REMEMBER I LOST MY PARTNER MY LIFE MY FAMILY BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY MY FUCKING TWIN BROTHER SO NO LIAM IT WILL NOT BE OK" I screamed as I walked over to a wall an started repeatedly punching it until someone's arms came and stopped my hands and hugged me I looked up and saw louis grey/ blue eyes looking down at me

"I can't do it lou I can't live without him " I sobbed into his chest

"I know but trust me he will be fine "

"I was cut out of his life "

"Yeh but the doctor said it will come back until then you live with me ok we will cancel the tour "

"Ok I just want my brother "

"C'mon lets get you home " he said as he took my hand and walking to the car on the journey back the car was filled with a comfortable silence as soon as we got home I ran up to nialls room and grabbed two of his hoodies and the photo I gave him that said 'best sister in the world' I had one that said 'best brother in the world ' and ran back to louis apartment next door I just bolted up to the bedroom and slipped nialls jumper on it smelling like humans fell asleep on the bed.

Nialls pov

Why is my body all in pain and who was that girl here earlier and why did she look like me with her bleached blonde hair nose piercing but same facial replications

"Hey Liam who was that girl here before and why did she look like me " I asked he looked up at me with a sad look on his face

"She's your twin sister" he answered lowering his head

"But I don't have a sister "

"You do she was your best friend then last year found out she was your twin you can't remember her you have memory loss "

"I think I would remember my own sister"

"She was totally cut out of your memory and shes louis girlfriend plus she's having twin boys "

Wait I thought louis was with Eleanor

"Wait wasn't lou going out with eleanor"

"No she cheated on him and they broke up and he went with jassabelle she lives with you but she staying with Lou an harry for now until you remember again"

"Well ill talk to her and see if I can remember it can only help right "
