Baby Nevaeh off to the side :) and play the song while you read :) thats all enjoy.
violet placed nevaeh down in the sand box with her shovel and pail so she could play. we sat on a near by bench close enough to keep a eye on nevaeh. the park was pretty empty today just a few men out on the court. "so how have you been sister! iv missed you." violet said i smiled. "iv been hanging in there, we have tons to catch up on." i told. she nodded " yea of course, like for one how was college?" i smiled as i thought back to those college days.
Paris: it was wonderful, like i didn't even expect it to be that fun.
Violet: see i told you!
i giggled.
Paris: yea, im just sad that you wasn't able to experience it with me.
she sighed.
Paris: yea, at first it was pretty hard for me too handle but on line schooling isn't that bad. it was actually very helpful to me at the time because i was still able to take care of nevaeh while prod was at work and his mom helped alot also so it all worked out in the end.
i nodded. as i glanced back at nevaeh she looked so happy. aww shes the cutest.
Paris: oh yea and iv been meaning to ask you why did princeton even come back with yall?
she took a deep breath.
Violet: he came back for you paris.
Paris: really?
Violet: yes, he left his family behind to move out here to L.A for good. hes only staying with dad untill he finds him a house out here.
Paris: so you mean to tell me he did all of that just for me?
Violet: yea he knew getting you back wouldn't be easy but he just kept on saying how he will do whatever it takes.
wow. so maybe princeton really did care about me. maybe he deservers a second chance, after all i do miss him. ugh! what am i saying?! im with travis now, and i love him.... right? i ran my fingers through my hair growing irritated. and very confused. i glanced back at nevaeh and i saw as she got out of the sand box and walked her little self to the slide. i laughed and violet followed my eyes to see what i was laughing then she started laughing too.
Violet: she is so active.
we continued to watch her as she slid down the slide then she would walk back around and do it all over again. i couldn't see her when she was behind the slide but once she slid down she was back in seeing distance.
Paris: so how did prod do when you was having nevaeh was he freaking out?
she laughed.
Violet: oh my gosh yes he was panicking more than me. we both were scared as hell because it was all new to us.
Paris: i wish i could have been there.
she smiled.
Violet: yea, me too.
violet squinted her eyes. "is it me or is nevaeh taking forever to slide back down the slide?" she asked.
i looked over towards the slid and she was right i couldn't see her anymore. "maybe she fell or something."
Violet: that can't be good. lets go get her.
i nodded and we jogged over by the slide but once we got behind there nevaeh was no where to be found and violet face quickly washed over with worry. "Nevaeh!!!" violet screamed. by now i was getting worried too. i ran towards the other end of the park and began looked under everything but still she was no where to be found. me and violet ran towards the court and asked the boys have they seen her they all shook their heads no. and violet feel to her knees crying. and thats when my tears started pouring down as well. i wanted to hold my sister and tell her everything would be okay but at this point i wasn't really sure. i pulled out my phone and callled 911. once they lady answered and asked my emergency. i told her her about nevaeh and gave her my dads address.
"violet, come on we have to get back to the house the police is on their way."
she cried harder. "no! i can't leave my baby. NEVAEH!!!" violet screamed again. more tears rushed down my face as i helped her up off the ground. "i understand that violet but theres nothing more we can do we have to turn this over to the police. they wiLl find her." she contiued to cry.
"im so sorry, i don't know what i would do if i lost my daughter." said one of the men that was playing ball. i half smiled at him.
"we can stay here and look around so more if you want" he said.
hearing that from a complete stranger made my heart melt. i reached into my wallet and pulled out the picture of nevaeh that violet gave me the other day. "this is how she looks, heres my number, and my sister number just in case you find her or even find out anything. " he took the photo and smiled at it. "shes adorable, we will try our best." i smiled and hugged the stranger.
" thank you so much, god bless." i said then walked off helping violet to the car. once i got her in i started the engine and drove around the park 5 times just to make sure nevaeh didn't wonder off somewhere. theres only one answer to her being missing. someone had to kidnap her but why didn't she scream? ugh! im so fucking confused and stressed lord please just bring my neice back to us.
"why me? why my daughter?" violet said as she cried and cried. i understand and i feel her pain. i wiped the tears from my eyes as i contiued to drive home.

"okay just one a couple more questions. how tall is she? eye color? and what was she last seen wearing?
Prod: shes about 34 inches tall, eye color is hazel and when she went to the park she had on a pink and white sundress with white sandals.
the officer nodded as he wrote the stuff down.
"well will get right on this case you guys just stay in the house and wait theres nothing more you and do, i guarantee we will get your little girl back. " he said then him and the rest of the officers got into their cars and took off.
"okay well ill see you tonight." i said hanging up the phone from travis. i could tell he was still mad from the other day even tho he said he forgave me i don't believe him. i had just got through telling him what happened and to come home now he said he had to stay at work it was real important. i acted like it was okay but it really wasn't my family is going through a rough time at the moment and he should be here comforting me but unfortunately that never happens somehow travis is never here when i need him the most.
"this is all my fault i should have never let her play on the slide alone. im so stupid im such a horrible mother!" violet screamed as she cried. prod continued to rock her in his arms "baby, please stop talking like that its not your fault."
i ran upstairs to my room i couldn't see my sister like that i just couldn't take it. i sat on my bed and closed my eyes as the tears still manged to fall out. as i sat there crying i felt a pair of strong arms wrap around me. i opened my eyes to see princeton next to me.
Paris: what are yo-(gco)
"Shhhh, im here for you now." princeton said as he held me tighter. i shut up and snuggled closer to him as we laid down on the bed. as i laid in his arms i felt so warm and safe like nothing could hurt me. he kissed my forehead and i closed my eyes as i cried some more i felt myself getting sleepy and before i knew it i drifted off to sleep.
