I know... almost impossible. I own nothing... except Chiharu... pronounced Chi-Haa-Roo.

3rd person pov:

Chiharu was walking through the forest lost... her mother had just died. Or rougher was killed by roge ninja. Her mother an she looked absolutely nothing alike...

And she was forced to watch as she was killed by a man who was supposedly her nephew... Chiharu's older cousin... Itachi Uchiha...

Lucky for Chiharu Itachi never actually met her... after all she was only six two years yonger then sasuke, and no one knew who her father was... not even her mother...

Her mother asked the hospital for a baby... they used preserved DNA to impregnate her for her to have a child... that's all the Hokage knew.

Now Chiharu is walking with no destination in mind... all alone... sad... and hopeless.

Chiharu's pov:

'Why? Why did everyone have to die. It isn't fair... is it?' I thought to myself in Utah sadness.

I walked until I came across the village... I usually avoided the Village... 'mommy... I miss you... but I know you don't want me to cry... so I won't!' I thought with unshed tears in my eyes.

I spotted some people at the village entrance. They wour both fast asleep... so I woke them up!

I tugged on his pants leg.
"..uh...uh hello sir.... I'm Chiharu Uchiha... a-and every, every one is dead... mommy... uncle... e-everyone!!! A boy mommy called Itachi did it... I saw... mommy and I wour playing hid and seek... I hid in the roof... and from the cracks in the roof... I saw evwy ting..." that was the last straw... I burst into tears.

The guy who I woke had a sympathetic look on his face, the other looked horrified by what I just said.

The guy with his hair everywhere who I woke up first said, "I think we should contact the Hokage about this... and take her with us..."

The second one, "I believe that would be the best thing to do in this situation..." he agreed solemnly.

Time skipping across the universe!!!~

Only one of the gards came with me to the Hokage's red building in the middle of town.

I was always a very shy kid... and I had features that resembled a snake... so I had no friends... I looked nothing like mommy... and the rest of our family... she always said I got my looks from the guy she never needed to meet...

'Mommy... I don't know how to deal with this...' I thought to myself with my fringe covering my whole face... "Hello there little one..." called an ancient male voice as one of meny tears hit the ground.

"There's no need to cry... you survived. And the dead will not be brought back by your tears..." that voice again... I looked up and my face was revealed.

I saw an old man... 'Hokage Sama?' I thought to myself as I cryed. The old man looked slightly surprised... or shocked? I couldn't tell. But then he smiled and neanlt down to be at the same hight as me and smiled a sad smile as he consoled me.

"It's ok.... I can tell you loved them a lot..." he said sadly. I looked up at him and said quietly... "...Hokage suma... I never met to much of my clan... Mummy was always a little bit... over protective... I loved my mommy... and always will... my Uncle was so kind... I'll miss him..." I whimpered sadly.

The Hokage looked at me slightly taken aback, but hugged me... it was kind of him to do that for me.

However. I didn't need to be hugged. "...please let go... I don't do hugs..." I said sternly.

He stopped hugging me and stood up. And looked like he was going down memory lane or something...

"Hmm... are you going to seek vengeance little one?" He asked in his ancient voice.

"No. There's no point in vengeance... all it does is continue the cycle of pain and hatred... that's what mommy always said!!! And... mommy... will always know what's best for me..." I said sadly...

"But I guess she'll always be with me in here..." I pointed to my heart. The Hokage smiled.

"Would you like to attend the ninja academy? And live in the village?" He asked cautiously.

"...Yes sir!" I squeaked in surprise.

Hokage's pov:

'This little girl... she looks exactly like Orochimaru when he was younger... yet she act's more awear of others then him... Hmm..." I thought to myself.

"So then little one... if you're going to be attending the academy... we'll need your name." I said.

"Oh-ok, Hokage Sama!! M-my n-name is Chi-Chiharu... Uchiha..." she stuttered... 'Oh so she's a shy little snake... just like Orochimaru when he was so small... maybe even a little more kept to herself even...' I mentally mused.

'However... we should keep the fact that she's an Uchiha... Secret.' I thought troubled.

"Chiharu... I'm going to have to ask you, for your own safety to keep the fact your an Uchiha secret." I stated.

"Oh, w-why's that... Mr Hokage sir?" She asked shyly.

I chuckled at her childish use of words. "You can just call me Hokage or grandpa if you'd prefer... and as for your previous question... there are many people out there who seek the power of the Uchiha. And it's lucky for us you don't resemble your clan to closely..." I answered.

"Oh-ok, so... what are we gonna do for a last name... grandpa???" She asked.

"Hmm... have you got an idea?" I asked.

"Yeah..." she said back. "Ok then, can I hear it?" I asked.

"Yeah, s-sure... grandpa... it's Chiharu Kira... I-I think that sounds cute..." she stuttered.

'Hmm... sounds appropriate... and it sutes her... there was a Kira clan long ago... I believe that one of them might actually be her ancestor... if my hunch on who her father is, is correct.' I thought.

"Chiharu Kira it is then!!! " I gave her a smile as she did the same.
