Chapter 21

Hime pov
"Rei!!!" I screamed, as the familiar darkness came to my vision.

"I am sorry Hime-sama, but I think the time has come for me to tell you an information that I know about your father." Rei apologized, making my head snap at where she was standing.

"You know my father!!?!??"

"Yes I do, Hime-sama, just be calm and sit down, I'll tell you everything." Rei explained, making me huff and sit down.

"Now what?"

"I'll start when I first seen him."

"Okay."

"I was first inside a cell, chained and left alone to rot,because I was a demon born from pure lightning." Rei said, making me nod for her to continue

"Left alone, I didn't even try to break free, because I thought that my life was just useless." I cut her off

"What!!?? Then-"

"Sh. I'll continue. Okay, when I was about to give up, your father came."

"And?"

"He introduced himself ad thr death god, and offered me a chance, whether he would takey life there or have a reason to live. I asked the reason and he said 'I have a daughter, and someday I know that me and her mother will disappear soon, so if you accept this, please take care of her when I'm gone.' " Rei said, my eyes where filling with tears

"S-so he does care......." I murmured, making her smile ans continue

"And I said to myself, 'I'll try it, it won't be that bad and it'll be worth it.'
So I agreed, and he smiled satisfied. Before he left, he gave me a picture of you as a baby, with your mom and him in each sides smiling." Rei finished, my traitorous tears fell to my eyes as I heard the ending of her story of how she met my father, and I was glad about that.

"R-Rei....." I hugged her tightly never letting go, as she patted my head and said soothing words, soon makibg me fall asleep.

----le timeskip to the next day because me too lazy-----
I changed to a kimono that is black with white lilies as a design, and is fit for fighting and then, I packed my things for a month, because I'll be training and might rarely come home, so I wrote a note and headed outside, someone stoppingme from opening the door.

"Ehhhhh,not saying see you or a good morning before you go?" Rei pouted, making me smile and hug her

"See you." I smiled, as I took off running as a blush appeared from y face.

What? It's the first time I hug her instead of her hugging me, so it's normal right?

I dunno~ ;)

*sigh*

I went to training grounds 44, and entered through gate number 16 where I always go.

The field had a waterfall at the center and beautiful flowers surrounding it, rocks of different sizes lay on the sides of the waterfall, making me think like this is paradise.

I shook off my thinking and set up the tent, then put on my training weights that weigh....i dunno, 80 kilogram each?

Anyways I out them on my legs, waist, and arms. As I put them on, I heard rustling of the bushes from my side, making me freeze and alert, holding on a kunai that I hidden in my sleeves as I looked at pushed the bushes, quickly relaxing as I saw a black angel winged wolf that has a purple horn and purple flames on each of it's legs, some parts of it's white fur purple.

I heard it whimper, so I inspected it and saw that it had a gash on it's belly.

I stepped forward but stopped as it growled at me furiously.

"Don't touch me!" It roared, but I ignored it as I stepped forward, purple flames began to creep at my feet towards my legs.

"I said don't touch me!" It growled again, but me being the stubborn one ignored the pain the purple fire caused and kneeled infront and started to heal the gash with medical jutsu, successfully healing it.

"There all done!" I exclaimed cheerfully, as the creature looked at me dumbfounded.

"Why? Why did you help me human? Didn't i hurt you and told you to back away?" It asked, making me shrug and ran to my tent and found the BBQ I bought before going here, then ran back and gave it to the creature.

"Here, you need food fir your energy." I exclaimed,making the create look at me with a mire confused look.

"Why do you give it to me when you can eat it for yourself?" The creature asked, I just smiled and gave the BBQ to the creature, as I walked away and came back with a bunch of leaves and a blanket.

I started to arrange the leaves so that it wilk ne like a fluffy cushion, then I carried the creature after it was finished eating, of course it thrashed around,but I still managed to put it to the cushion and spread the blanket over it.

"Have some rest, you should regain your strength before traveling again." I exclaimed, it just looked at me with curious eyes.

"Why?" It asked, making me finally answer before I continue my training

"Because when someone needs help no matter what species, you should always help them right?" I smiled, as I ran before stopping again.

"Oh yeah, the name is Hime, Shinigami Senju Hime." Then I ran off.

I heard it say it's name, "Voidheart." as I ran my laps to increase my speed.

What a strange human, or could I say the death god's daughter.

I hate humans because of what they had done to me before, and this was the first time in 18 years that I came in contact with a human.

I was cold to her, but she still helped me, and even gave food and a bed for me to rest, not even fearing that I may kill her after I regained my strength.

Yes, I hate Every human that exists in this planet, I treat them coldly and would mercilessly kill them, but....

But why do I feel like we'll get along?

Please forgive me when I changed her appearance a little, cuz I can't find the picture that fits your description so I just found a picture of a winged wolf that fits her personality instead.
