A/N: This story has *drumroll* OVER 2000 READS!!!! 

I can't even begin to explain how happy that makes me!! 

So, I'm wanting some feedback, so think you could comment or message me on what you think should happen next? Cause .... I got writers block :/ 

But yeah, it's the fourth of july and I can't sleep cause the fireworks sound so cool soooo here's a chapter!!!

I just stood there... Staring at the spot where they used to be standing. I thought he didn't like Sheila? I wasn't sure if I should be just plain surprised or devastated, or both.

"So, we aren't a couple?" Nathan said with a smirk on his face 

"Well.. I .. I... Mean.... If.... We could.... Or..." I stuttered out 

"Well, do you want to be a couple? Like.... Go out?" he said looking at the ground, his confident attitude traded for a shyer one.  

"I would like that" I smiled at him. 

He took my hand and we walked into the school.

The day passed quickly but classes were a little awkward since Jacobb left us, our group... But it was after I had gone to sleep that was the interesting part. I had a dream.

****Ameys Dreamy Dream******* 

I was walking around in the garden just mindlessly wondering around. It seemed, different, faded, blurred. Then suddenly out of nowhere Skye appeared and spoke single line.  

"We need to talk"  

And then disappeared.

That morning I woke up, told the others I was going out, and then used the bracelet to teleport to where Skye and Aurora lived. 

"Took you long enough." I heard Skye's sarcastic voice from behind me.  

"Whatever, what did you need to tell me?" I asked 

"Well, there were somethings we didn't completely explain to you at first... And you should know them" he said avoiding my gaze. Wasn't unusual for him but still... 

"What is it?" I said impatiently tapping my foot.  

"it may take awhile, you might want to sit down." he said in his calm voice.  

I took a seat and looked expectantly at him.  

"Well, here it goes..... Okay, so you know that there are the Light Fae, and there are the Dark Fae, right?" he asked 

I nodded 

"Well the Light Fae draw their powers from the sun, while-the dark Fae draw them from the moon and nighttime stars. The names don't necessarily mean good or bad..."  

"What am I?" I interrupted.  

"Neither"  

"What?! How can I be neither?" I asked  

"You don't draw your power from the sun or moon, you draw your power from others, and from the energy around you. Amethyst... You are the most powerful Fae there is." 

He finished and I just stared at him, stunned.  

"But.... Wha... Huh...umm.. How?" I asked 

He just shrugged "I don't know"  

"So, what part do I play in this whole Night vs. Day?" I asked 

"Wel-" he was cut off by the window next to me smashing.  

It was one of those Fae that were out to kill me.  

It grabbed me around the neck and all I heard before I blacked out from lack of oxygen was "GET AWAY FROM HER!"

*Skyes POV* (cool huh?) 

I yelled at whoever it was to let her go to put her down. They couldn't take her not now not ever.  

"I challenge you to fight, I win and you leave the girl, also if I win you'll probably die." I said my calm act completely forced, even though I knew I could win. He nodded in agreement and I watched helplessly as he threw Amethyst across the room.  

The large Fae quickly charged at me and I used darkness to teleport behind him but close enough to trip him. I repeated this several times. Using my control over the shadow-realm to my advantage. He large Fae stared dumbly at the room around him. I appeared  

"Over here" I said smirking.  

He charged at me, who ever it was must be pretty stupid (hint hint... Tell me if you get the hint in the comments) 

I kicked him straight in the chest into the opposite wall.  

Whoever it was took the opertunity of being next to the window and ran.  

I picked up Amethyst and carried her to a room that wasn't completely trashed laid her on the bed and waited for her to wake up. About ten minutes later she woke up. Her sparkling violet eyes blinked at me sleepily and confused  

"Wha.. What happened?" she asked while staring at me 

No, I can't look at her.... If I do.. I know I'll fall, I'll fall right for her just like everyone else, but it can't happen, that's not how this is supposed to work.

*Ameys POV*

"Wha... What happened?" I asked even though I knew exactly what happened, they had come to kill me.. Again 

I looked up at Skye, he had the strangest look on his face, one that I had never see him with.  

"How long have I been out?" I asked.  

"Id say a good 30 minutes or so.." he said still not looking at me.  

"oh" was my brilliant response.. 

"your friends will probably be worried about you." he said.  

"yeah I guess I better be going..." I said sounding a bit disappointed  

"Amey?" he said and I looked straight at him. 

Our eyes locked for the first time since I had met him, and I couldn't look away.  

"Stay safe, please."

And then I was back at the garden where I had originally teleported from.

A/N: might be ending it soon? If I do there WILL be a sequel actually I might have a book for each year (4 years) what do ya think? Oh and sorry it's kinda short
