I woke up from the voice of Star screaming in my ear. She always does this in the morning. "Ugh c'mon Star, what do you need" I mumbled. "Marco, it's 8'o clock, wake up!!!"
"Ugh fine!" As I rose from my pillow I noticed Star was looking out the window in shock. "What are you looking at Star?" I questioned. "Um nothing" she replied. " Uh okay, let's go get something to eat." "Okay".

In the kitchen I decided to make Star her favorite thing to eat, nachos. She desperately waited for me to finish them up. "The wait is over baring" she whined putting her head down on the table. "Wait one second!" She said as she rose her head back up from the table. " I can just use a spell to make the nachos cook faster! "Wait hold..." "Sparkle rainbow cook dash!" Soon enough, the nachos were cooked. "Star, you don't have to use your magic for everything, you have to experience things normal people do and realize you don't have to use your wand every time you want something to go a certain way!" "I don't use magic for everything!" " uh star, when was the last time you've done your hair without your wand?" "Um..." " Exactly"

After we ate the nachos we headed outside to take a walk around the neighborhood. " Star.. um I have wanted to tell you something..." "What is it Marco, you can tell me anything!" " Well.. I.. uh.." "Cmon Marco tell me already!" Star gets frustrated easily when I do this to her. "It's just I've been thinking about some stuff.." "And... Marco.. Your scaring me.." "Well I was thinking about asking Jackie to the school dance on Friday, but I don't know how." "Oh Marco, just be yourself and ask her!" "Yeah your right, thanks Star!" "No problem bestie!"

Back at the house, Star still was fixated on whatever was outside that window. It was something in the backyard and she kept on looking at it consistently. "Omg Star what are you looking at?!!!" "Well... It looks like a portal to a dimension is opened slightly, in your back yard, but I could just be seeing things." " Why don't we check?" "I don't know if it's safe, some mysterious portals could be traps." "What do you mean by traps?" I asked really scared. " Well dark magic could use these black hole dimension portals to catch things or people, but once your in you never get out." "But why would there be a black hole trap thing in our backyard?" Really confused and nervous I go up to the window to get a better look. There was a small black portal on the ground by a tall cacti. I put my hand on Stars shoulder. "How do we close the portal..." " Star grabbed my hand and took it off her shoulder. " the only way for it to go away is if someone goes into it.." " someone?" " Only the person that it was set up for...." " but who would that be..?" "Me"
