"They call it the death hole." Star said quietly loosing all her happiness from her voice. "But what if you don't go in it?" " You can't avoid a death hole, you'll be dragged into it somehow." This isn't good, I thought to myself as I paced back and forth. I thought she was kidding, but she was dead serious. " I don't want to loose you Star, your my best friend" i said starting to tear up. I hugged her, but she didn't hug back. "I'm not gone yet, but there might be a spell to stop the portal from sucking me in." After I heard that I was relieved a bit.
Star ran into her room and pulled out the big spell boom from under her bed. She turns some pages, then Glossarick pops up and starts talking to Star. "Ugh, not you again." I mumbled as a turned to the next page. Finally we got to the page about "Death Holes". It read: In order to stop a death hole, you must put something else that has DNA of the person or thing the Death Hole has been sent to capture.
Then it says : Caution- death holes are very dangerous, and will capture you if you fall in one. There's no escaping one, so be careful. After reading all of this, I get a lump in my throat. "What if this doesn't work, what if I loose.. I mean what if you get sucked up?" "I don't know Marco.... I don't know." " But...."
