Song of The Chapter: Love Like Woe by The Ready Set

Nick's POV

No. No. Nopity Nope. That literally describes my feelings right now. That skater boy that I saw in the hall earlier is sitting right behind me. He's sitting right beside Aaron Peters. My best friend. I may or may not have mentioned the boy.

I don't even know him.

Aaron poked my shoulder with his pencil. I turned around. He nodded at the boy that was walking toward him with his eyebrows raised, as if to ask, is this who you were talking about?

I felt my face heating up as I sheepishly nodded. He simply smirked at me. This absolutely can not be good.

The boy sat down beside Aaron and a paper airplane flew over my shoulder. I opened it up, and read it.

Don't worry, Nicky. I'll just have to work my magic.

Oh no.

Connor's POV

As I sat down, the boy next to me stuck out his tongue as he threw a paper airplane to the boy in front of me.

I decide to ignore it. For once in my lifetime I'm so glad I just fold random papers and stick them in my pockets.

My book report just so happened to be one of those papers.

I glance up at the boy in front of me, and see he was looking at the boy beside me.

He was frantically shaking his head, and his face looked desperate. I saw him mouth, 'Please Aaron. No.'

I looked at the boy beside me to see him smirking and he just shrugged. I turned and sat up in my seat a little to get my report from my back pocket.

The teacher called roll. "Mr. Peters." The boy beside me stuck his hand up. "Mr. Evans." I raised my hand. "Mr. Weekes."  In front of me, he timdly stuck his hand in the air.

So his last name is Weekes. He's the boy I talked to in the hall earlier. Not that I really care.

"Today we'll be reading our book reports. Now, we're not going to get to everyone today." The teacher droned in the most monotone voice ever.

You're welcome. Super short but.... oh well
