It's only three in the afternoon when we return to the woods. Scott and I arguing the whole way through about the the creature, bite and anything in between. I couldn't help myself in the free time I had away from Scott to do a bit of research myself. The crispy leaves underneath our feet made crunching noises with out steps. How could I help Scott out now? Will the research I've discovered help turn him back? In the distance another set of feet emerged drawing both of our attentions towards a man a good eight inches taller than I was. Derek. His leather jacket and body fitting jeans paired off with some type of biker boots portray a dominant aura.
" What are you guys doing here?! This is private property and you need to get off this minute understood!"
"Dude we're just looking for my friends' inhaler so stop being such a sour wolf about it."
The man reached into his pocket and took out something. Next to me I could see Scott tense up and heard a faint growl. I kept my eyes on the Derek Hale as he tossed an item into the air. Scott caught it with both of his hands as Derek walked away. Halfway he stopped and turned to us. All the information I've read up on him zoomed through my mind.
" You have what you were looking for now leave or I'll rip your throats out with my teeth."
With that he continued walking leaving a small quake on the ground beneath us like a giant. Scott looked puzzled at his inhaler now resting on his hand. How did he know it was Scotts?
"Dude do you not know who that is?! It's Derek Hale! His family died in a fire accident not so long ago and he hasn't been seen since! We must be close to the Hale territory."
"How do you know so much about him? Never mind lets just leave this place I got to clock in for work."
Scott... If only you knew what goes on when I'm not with you....
I ended dropping Scott off at his job with the promise to pick him up when he was done but just told me he would get a ride with Deaton. When I finally did arrive home, the lights were off and the smelled of cinnamon hit my nose. Dad must of been home earlier for something...
" Dad?!"
Nothing...
Might as well get school work done early. The clock read 8:38 by the time I found myself going up the stairs and taking a quick warm shower before starting my work. Breathe Stiles relax Stiles focus Stiles. How can I focus on school when Derek was the only person that actually had my entire focus..
His dominating aura made me slightly wobbly in the knees and wanted nothing but to be below him to listen to any com- hold on Stiles stop thinking of that! Danm it! I'm acting like a teenager in heat now. I couldn't think of anything else after that meeting. Ugh!I tried doing school work for a while to get my mind of Derek. I don't think he knows me but I certainly wanted to know him at this point.
