-Chapter Four-
~Trystan's POV~
Stupid nerd. The last thing I want to do is meet up with her every day after school so she can 'tutor' me. No way in hell.
"Walker! Are you deaf?" She yells at me. God, she gets on my nerves. "I don't want to be seen with you," I say coldly.
She scoffs. "Like I want to hang out with you. Listen, I know you've been to Lake's parties, so you know where I live. Just meet me there for like a freaking hour. No one will see you and then you can go home and cry about it," she says, her voice just as cold as mine.
"Yeah, whatever," I say and walk away to my bike.
I'm supposed to get to my house because Chase needs to tell me something. I don't know and I don't really care. You never know with Chase. He's a freaking nut job.
"Trystan! Where the hell have you been?" He demands. "What did you want to talk about Chase?"
"Oh, it's very important. It puts our friendship on the line," he says. I sigh. "What?"
"Have you," pause,"ever wanted to,"pause,"try frog saliva?"
I burst out laughing. "Frog spit?" I chuckle. "Yes!" He exclaims.
"No, I have to admit. I've never wanted to try frog saliva," I say. "Er! Wrong answer! You're supposed to say 'yes, it's been my lifelong dream to try frog spit' then I would hold up this box of frog spit and say 'look no further!" He says, holding up a box of green Popsicles that, sure enough, are called, frog spit.
"I'm pretty sure that you have mental problems," I say, going through the fridge. I grab a coke and Chase puts the 'frog spit' back in the freezer.
"Nah, you just don't recognize intelligence. Speaking of smarties, what's up with you and that chick Willow?"
"So that's her name," I joke. Of course I know her name. Her brother throws a lot of parties. "Trystan," he scolds like he's my father.
"If you mean when we were talking in the parking lot, then I was telling her there was no way in hell am I going to let her tutor me," I say.
"Noo," he draws out. "I mean how you stare at her like a stalker," he says. "She ran into me twice! I was just making sure she wasn't going to crash into me again."
"Uh huh. Even if you don't, I know there's more to this," he says, dead serious.
And you have just witnessed both of Chase's sides. One minute he can be a complete idiot, and the next, he's dead serious.
"Whatever you say," I say. "I'm serious. There's a lot more to that girl than she lets on and I think you know it. And starting right now, me and you are on a mission to figure her out," he says.
"Why do you care so much about her?" I ask. "I don't care much for her. You, that's a different story. You haven't moved on from what happened, and based on her actions at the party, she hasn't moved on from something also."
"Well congratulations! You've got it all figured out, don't you? So what now, is she supposed to help me move on? I can't do that!" I yell.
"Why not, Trystan? Everyone else has! You haven't been the same and it's ruining your life! I miss the old Trystan. This one, I don't like him."
We have this talk at least once a month. It always comes up. It always end with us yelling at each other.
"Well, if you hate me so much, why do you stick around, huh?" He sighs. "You're forgetting that other people were affected. Other people were left heartbroken. Anyone with eyes knows that you took it the hardest, but you can't let this control your life."
"I don't need this right now," I say and walk away. I'm tired of people trying to put me back together.

~Willow's POV~
"Yo, this is amazing," I hear my brother Lake say. I peek in his bedroom and see him and his friend, Tyler, watching a video on his iPad.
"Dude, I didn't know she could do that," Tyler says. "I knew she could dance, but not like this," Lake says.
Oh dear lord, don't let them be talking about me at that party.
"Uh, Lake?" I pull the both away from the screen. "Yeah?"
"Where's mom?" I ask. "Uh, she said something about getting something for dinner. I wasn't paying attention." I nod and start to walk away. "Willow!"
I groan inwardly and turn around. "Yeah?" I answer. "Come here please," Lake says. I sigh and walk over to them.
He gestures to the iPad. "What was this?" He asks. I look down and see the video of me and Cody. "Uh, me and Cody?"
"Well, I can see that, Willow. Have you still been dancing?" He asks. "Yeah, with Cody," I whisper.
He hugs me and I start to cry. "I miss her," I say. "I miss her too you know," he says. I nod and pull away, remembering that Tyler was there.
"I'll leave you guys alone," I say and go to my room. I decide to Skype my best friend who moved away.
"Willow!" Amy exclaims when she answered. "Hey Amy," I reply. "What's up?" She asks.
"Oh, you'll never believe what Mrs. Drapp is doing to me," I say, not wanting to talk about me and Cody dancing.
"What'd she do?" She asks. "I have to tutor the worst person in the world," I groan.
"Who is it?" She asks. "Trystan. Walker," I say. Her smile instantly disappears. "Ames?"
"Uh, yeah. I've got to go. Good luck with that," she says and the screen goes blank. What the heck?
"Guys! Food!" My mom yells. Boom. Spirit lifted by one word. All three of literally run to her.
"Oh my gosh. You love me," I say with a mouthful of pizza. "Actually I just didn't feel like making supper."
I ignore her comment and continue to stuff my face with this amazing deliciousness.
"Care to save some for us normal beings?" Lake asks, staring at me like I'm an alien. "Trust me, you are far from normal."
"Amen," Tyler says. "Willow," my mom calls. "Yeah?"
"What's this?"
