Saving him

Grays P.O.V

He was everywhere, everyone of them kept yelling 'It's me Gray, I'm the real Natsu!' But I didn't know which was which. Zorro was still looking at me. He then turned toward the twins.

"Oh pity, I'll be nice and dismiss them. I'll send them back home. They don't want to see Dad killing Daddy now do they? Ta ta" he waved his hand and they disappeared.

He then handed me a dagger. "Now start picking which ones not the real Natsu. Times running out, Gray" he said to me. I grabbed the dagger and turned to the first Natsu I saw. I tear went down my face, knowing I had to kill him.

Even if it wasn't the real him, it still hurt. Plus I don't know if this was the real one or not. "No G-Gray, please it's the real me! Gray it's me, Natsu!" It yelled. I mouthed a goodbye and dug the knife into its chest.

He slumped in my shoulder but soon disappeared. "Good, now only 59 more to go" said Zorro. I looked at him with full hatred but he just smirked at me. I looked at the next one, and once again it had fear in its eyes and was pleading me to not to kill him.

I stabbed him and he fell to the floor and disappeared. I kept doing this over and over again. It hurt my heart, I'm afraid I'm going to kill the real Natsu. But I know MY Natsu. I'm starting to get the hang of it. I killed one after the other.

~two hours later~

I was breathing hard. There were only two left. This was it, I only had one more choice. "Well choose wisely Gray, or you might kill your love. Hey let's bring the kiddos back to see your decision. "he glared at me. Then the twins popped back but was chained to the wall.

They looked confused at first but understood quickly. I promised them I would get them out of here, along with Natsu. I went back at my decision. I looked at the two carefully.

"Gray please, it's me Natsu, the real one!" Said one of them.

"No don't listen to him! Gray I'm the real one. Please believe me! That's the phony!" He pointed at the other Natsu.

"Daddy?" The twins said. The Natsu's turned towards them and said to the twins that everything is going to be okay. Then turned back to me and kept saying the same thing over and over again.

"I-I don't know. I can't tell" I said. I didn't know which one was the real one. They both kept pleading to me saying that they are the real one. I asked each of them a question that only the real Natsu would only know.

But they would say the answer at the same time. They were so much a like, I can't choose. My heart is racing, I can't think straight...I don't know. One kept yelling about our past together. Then the other kept pleading for me not to kill him.

Please Natsu, please don't let this one be you.

I looked towards the one who was pleading for me not to kill him. I raised the knife and ran towards him, sending the knife straight into his chest. His eyes widen and blood dripped out of his mouth. The other Natsu smirked, and disappeared.

"DADDY!!!" The twins screamed. Amber started to cry, along with Justin. They kept struggling against the chains.

I looked down at the real Natsu. He looked at me with tears going down his cheeks. I quickly pulled out the knife and held him close to me. Screaming his name over and over again. 'What have I done?'

"No, no Natsu! I'm so, so sorry. Please...don't die on me. I can't lose you again. I-I just can't!" I was freaking out.

"Well so that's how the game ends. You have lost Gray" said Zorro.
