"Sooo are we...?" Jc asks, implying if we are together or not. "Nope." I say flatly. "No?" He's surprised. "Of course not. You haven't asked me out." I nudge him jokingly. "I see" he replies, smiling. We decide to go on the Gravity 3000. It's a ride that's enclosed and goes around in circles so that you're pushed up against the wall and can barely move. There aren't many people now because there's an event on the other side of the fair, so it's just us and three other people on the ride. The attendant announces that the ride is about to begin and exits. The ride is literally one millisecond from starting when Jc turns and leans on me. The ride starts and he is on me entirely, his face centimeters from mine, his arms above me. "Jc!" He leans his head next to my ear and whispers "will you go out with me?" "Yes" I laugh. I feel, rather than see his smile. As the ride slows down he gives me a quick kiss and turns back to his original seat as if nothing happened. "We should start heading back" he says as we leave the ride.
