Chapter 4

~ MIKES POV ~

* after music *

Music went okay I guess, I couldn't annoy Indi since he had to go for her drum lesson...which is another turn on. Not drumming but when girls drum...if it was drumming I'd be all over ashton but I'm not so yeah.

Anyway, it's lunch now so I go to our spot, me, ash, cal and Luke all sit under a tree every lunch time. Calum usually has a cigarette and Luke will always talk about a certain girl who we don't know the name of yet, we all wanna know so we can bug him about it. Obviously I'd be the first to annoy him and whoever she is, but if anyone found out about me liking Indi, I'd hate it if they teased me about it so I'm thinking if going easy on him- wait. Did I just say I liked Indi?

Holy. Fucking. Shit. No. No. No.

~ INDI POV ~

At lunch time me and a few of my friends sit behind the old sports hall which is basically just ruins now.

Usually Charlotte will smoke and tell us about this guys she likes but won't tell us his name, maya will keep telling me about the sexual tension between me and the prick we call Michael Clifford, Natasha will be the sensible one and Laurie will not shut up about my brother.

Charlotte just finishes her cigarette and throws it into the field and a piece of paper catches fire.

"FUCK" we hear a guy scream, well a few guys actually, Charlotte gets up to go and put it out and so does Ashtons friend Luke but as soon as they see each other they stop and stare, what the fu- 

Wait, found the guy she likes so much. I sit back and smirk at them. I look behind them and see him. Michael fucking clifford smirking at them to, he looks at me and winks. I can feel myself about to blush but I quickly stop myself and give him the dirtiest look ever.

That's another thing I hate about micahel, he's the biggest flirt around. You talk to him one day and he's all sweet and flirty an the next day he's making out with your bestfriend against her locker, that's why I hate him.

~ FLASHBACK TO LAST YEAR ~

I went to my bestfriends locker before the morning bell went just to tell her that me and Michael went on a date and that he said I was beautiful, he's the best looking biting our school and he called me beautiful.

She knows I really like him so I can trust her with things, I went to her locker to see her making out with someone...wait, that's - michael...that's michael, my michael.

Why would she do this to me? She knows how much I like him and why did he do this to me?

What did I ever do to them?

I coughed to get their attention and they both looked at me an that's when my sassy side came out of nowhere.

"Oh hey mike, having a nice time with your tongue down her throat? Or isn't it good enough so you'll just move on again tomorrow? Or are you gonna take her in a date then move on?" I said putting my hands on my hips, without giving him time to reply I look at her.

"How does it feel betraying your so called best friend like that? Oh wait sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt but I kinda feel like shit right now but I don't really care, I mean seriously? Making out with your 'best friends' crush after I told you how much I liked him? Who do you think you are? Taylor swift or something?" (A/N - no offence to Taylor but I felt like it should be used there😂)

Before giving the two any time to reply or even think I just look at them, "you're both so pathetic, i never wanna see you again" I say looking at my 'best friend' , "I don't know what to do about you, you're my brothers best friend, but honestly, come near me with that convincing smile and those eyes and I will snap your neck clifford" I snarl and walk off.

I wipe my tears and go to class.

~ FLASHBACK OVER ~

So that's how it all started, My hatred for Michael Gordon clifford... You may think it's childish but were you in my position? No you weren't, it hurt a lot.

It hurt to much...it still does.

A/N ~ what does Luke think he's doing? He shaved and taken his piercing out apparently.

Ashton's finally got a hair cut.

Calum was arrested a while back.

Michael's just been hidden away in a hotel room for months eating pizza and watching Pokemon...GOOD ON YOU MIKEY.
