Sam's POV continued

I turned around, to see my older brother with a bloody body on his back. They were limp, and I barely saw them breathe. To be honest, I couldn't tell you who it was. Maybe Dean picked up some girl when he was hunting, that was hurt. Either way, they were on their death bed, and we had to help.

"Cas, do something." I commanded, walking closer to Dean and the body.

"Sammy, I want you to be ready for this. Don't worry, she'll be fine, once we get another angel down here." Dean said, calmly.

"Dean, what the hell are you..."

Dean set the body down, and I fell to my knees in front of them. Of course more tears poured down my face, and my vision became blurry quickly. It couldn't be, she died six months ago. I saw the bullets in her heart, and her unmoving chest. I buried her in Bobby's backyard, and gave her flowers weekly. This couldn't be the girl I fell in love with.

"Bucky?" My voice cracked, painfully obvious.

"Yeah, it's Buck. Cas got me from the hunt, and gave me her. So he could go get you. It's really her, Sammy. We've done all the tests, and Cas says its human her. Except, she has the Winter Soldier serum back in her. Other than that, it's Bucky." Dean answered.

"Did you pull her out of hell?" I questioned Castiel.

"Yes, I did." Cas answered, holding his head high. Proud of what he accomplished.

Anger flowed through my body, and it began to boil. I quickly jumped to my feet, and rammed Cas into the tree trunk behind him. He wasn't scared, knowing there was nothing I could do to hurt him. I felt Dean pulling on my flannel, but I wasn't moving. My hands reached for my angel blade, and I pushed it against Cas's neck.

"All this time, you could've gotten her! I could've had her back, and safe with me. Yet, you let her spend six months in hell! Which, let me remind you is sixty years in hell time! Who knows what kind of torture she went through down there! Why the hell didn't you save her sooner, you asshole?!" I yelled angrily. If Cas wasn't our friend, this angel blade in my hand, would've gone through his chest.

"It was her destiny, Sam Winchester. All of this, is what is supposed to happen. Hyland was supposed to go into the marines, and turned into an assassin. Then, she was supposed to find you Winchester's and fall in love with you Sam. And God wrote it, that Hyland would be killed by a king. I had to wait for the right time to save her. Or, trust me, I would've pulled her out of hell the second she was killed. All of this is how God wants it. That way, Heaven will for sure have Bucky as our soldier in this war." He responded, with calmness.

"Bucky doesn't want to be your toy! She's a human being Castiel, not some assassin that you can call dibs on. Why does it have to be Bucky?" My anger ran dry, and sadness filled it's place. The knife in my hand, clattered to the ground.

I staggered away from Cas, and almost bolted away. Until Dean caught me in his arms, and just hugged me tightly.

"Look, man, I hate this just as much as you do. I don't want Bucky to be some pawn in this war. But Sam, she's back and alive. Without someone selling their soul. And who knows, maybe you two can have a relationship." Dean wondered.

"Dean, I don't think I can do that. I'm too dangerous. Have you noticed every single girlfriend I've had, has either died or is a monster. I can't have Bucky die on me again. I would rather be sad for the rest of my life with Bucky safe. Then have a few years of happiness, and watch her die. Again." I admitted.

"But Sam, she's not dying because of you. None of this is your fault. This is because of the war that is going on between heaven and hell. I saw the way you looked at her every single day, and even the way you looked at her headstone. You love her, Sammy. I know you do. She needs you in her life, Sam. Your her anchor, and you keep her from sinking. Wanna know how I know that? She told me. When you went to get dinner one day, she admitted to me how much she loved you. But how afraid she was at the same time to love you as well. Buck had the same issue you have. She thinks, that she'll kill you. And just like you, Buck would rather be unhappy then watch you die. You keep her sane, Sammy. Remember that for when Red wakes up." Dean ranted, still hugging me in his arms. Knowing that was the only thing I needed right now.
