I go to the common room to do my homework from Professor Flitwick. I have to work on making a pice of paper float. I point at it and say "Wingardom leveosa" I make it float with ease. I decide to head off to dinner after a few hours of making various objects float around the room. When I get there I sit by my self and start to eat I look up at the head table and I see professor Snape looking at me and I suddenly feel like throwing up. I feel bad for saying something about this lily girl. I need to learn to keep my mouth shut. Ginny walks over to where I'm sitting followed by Hermione Ron and Harry they all sit down and start to eat. Hermione notices that Professor Snape is glaring in our direction she looks at Ron and Harry "Witch one of you had potions today?" Harry shakes his head "Not me. Or Ron we have all the same classes." "It was me." I say they all look at me "He wants me to come to his office after dinner. I said something I shouldn't have." Another questioning look. "Look I'll tell you later ok meet me in the common room when I get back." They nod and we all start eating again. After I'm done I realize that Professor Snape has left the great hall and I get up and walk to the dungeons. I knock when I get to Professor Snape's office and he comes to the door and let's me in "I'm sorry for earlier Professor. Like I told you I'm a freak." I look down at my feet. "Tell me how your such a freak." He says "I can read minds. I can pull metal to me at will. I can touch something and know the password. I can talk to snakes. I can make people do stuff. I also have wings." I admit "Prove it. What am I thinking pull that iron couldron towards you." I read his mind "You think I'm a liar and that I don't belong here." I tell him and I make the couldron slide to me. "Let's see the wings then." He says "This room it's too small let's go to the court yard." I tell him he shakes his head "No we stay here." I look him dead in the eyes and say "we are going to the court yard." He nods and we walk outside to the court yard and I look around and slide my school robe off reviling my white long sleeved dress shirt with two gapping holes in the back. I unfold my black and white speckled wings to show them to Professor Snape. He just stares. I run and jump into the air and flap my wings and soon I'm soaring 50 feet above Professor Snape. He starts to run to the doors but I swoop down in front of him.
"Where do you think your going Professor?" I ask
"to tell Dumbledore and Mcgonagl." "Why"
"So they can see this."
"What's so special about me?"
"They just need to see this."
"Fine." I let him step around me and run inside. After a few minutes Professor Snape returns with Professor Dumbledore and Professor Mcgonagl by his side. "Show them." He says as I fling out my wings and soar upward letting the air fill my wings and pushing me further up. After a few minutes I fly back down and land softly on the ground. "I can also read minds, I can see passwords, I can make people do things and I can talk to snakes. I know I'm the biggest freak you have ever seen." I smile. "Now if you don't mind I'm going to the Gryphondor common room. Good night Professor Dumbledore Professor Snape Professor Mcgonagl." I say and grab my robe and pull it back on and leave. Before I get to the portrait Draco catches up to me. "What are you doing out so late?" He asks. "It's only eight. Plus Professor Snape needed to talk to me." I say simply "What did he want?" "I'll tell you later." After a few seconds I say "The older students in Slythern and in Gryphondor are going to split us up." "Don't worry I won't let that happen." He smiles and turns to leave and walks up the stairs "Hey isn't the Slythern common room that way?" "It is but I thought I was going to walk you to the common room." "Oh,ok." I run to catch up with him "I hope that's ok." He says "Absolutely perfect" I say trying to not sound over joyed. I successfully managed to hide my feelings until I got to the portrait of the fat lady and I had to speak. "Fizzing Wizz Bees" I say in a odd high pitched voice that sounded nothing like mine when it had open Hermione had walked out to greet me and saw Draco "What do you want Malfoy?" She hisses then she catches sight of me standing next to him. I look away I didn't want to see the most likely discussed look in her eyes "Calm it mudblood. I'm just bidding goodnight to my love." I'm to shocked to say anything so I just look up at him with a perplexed look. Then I run into the common room and find Ginny Ron and to my horror Harry. I just straighten up and brace myself for what might come next. Hermione comes in and says "explaination?" "I'm sorry but to be honest I have no idea what just happened. I don't know why Draco said that.- Harry cuts me off "what where you doing with Draco Malfoy? We all thought you where with Snape!" "Let me explain! I was on my way back and I ran into him! He offered to walk me to the common room and I said yes! Is that such a big deal?" I almost yell and I turn and storm off to the Dormetry. I hear someone call my name in the distance but I ignore it. I just fall into bed and fall asleep instantly.
