July (Leading To The Day)

July 1

Caitlyn’s POV

                Brian and I were sitting there in the waiting area, when the girl came in to the room, Caitlyn and Brian, she said into the room. We both got up and she led us to a back room. How long are you in your pregnancy, she asked me. About three to four weeks, I said. I hopped on to the bed they had and Brian took the chair. Okay, the doctor will be in soon, she said. Are you sure this is a girl doctor and that she can help me stay in touch when I’m on tour, Brian asked. Yes, babe, Megan and I picked this doctor, I said.  

                There was a knock on the door, then a girl, tall, blonde straight hair came in, hello, my name is Pattie, she said. I will be with you two through every step of your pregnancy, she said shaking our hands. Brian started to calm down, first pregnancy she asked. Yes, I said. Well we will do a sonogram to see how your baby is doing, she said. As she was getting ready, I lifted my shirt to my chest, my flat belly showed. Your belly won’t be flat for long, Brian said. Are you nervous, Pattie asked me. I am but I’m thing on the positive side, I said. That’s good, now you as the father will need to support her in every way, she said looking at Brian. He smiled at me, let’s take a looksee. Our eyes went to look at the screen to get a peek of our baby. The baby was small since I was only in my fourth week. The baby is very healthy she said. To keep your baby in health, I will set you up with prenatal vitamins and I list of foods you should eat and stay away from, she said. Is there anything else I could help you with today, she asked. No, that will be all, I said.

July 2

Caitlyn’s POV

                After putting the guest room furniture in storage, Brian and I went to Baby R Us. So what kind of furniture do you want to get, Brian asked. A crib and a place to change diapers, I said. We picked out white furniture.  Paid and went home to set up the new furniture.

At home

                Brian put the furniture together; I was sitting on the couch watching television when he called me in to the room. I walked in he had a big smile on his face; he came over and held me in his arms and kissed me softly. We are having a beautiful baby, he said. He will only beautiful because of you sexy, she said jokingly. Brian is always sexy.

July 3

Megan’s POV

Caitlyn: MEGAN!

Megan: CAITLYN!

Caitlyn: Are you guys coming over tomorrow?

Megan: Yeah, do you need us to bring anything?

Caitlyn: You and your fireworks!

Megan: Okay, Caitlyn. So how was the appointment?

Caitlyn: The girl doctor Pattie, said that the baby was healthy and she put me on prenatal medication.

Megan: Well I’m happy to hear that the baby is healthy. Are they going to provide Brian with the information too?

Caitlyn: Yup, so when you and Jacoby have a kid you know where to go!

Megan: That won’t be for long, I do want my own child, no matter how much I love the boys.

Caitlyn: Well I will see you tomorrow.

Megan: Bye!

July 4

Caitlyn’s POV

                I was getting dressed in my bikini, and Brian was putting on his trunks, there was a knock at the door. I opened it to see two kids with huge boxes of fireworks, Makaile and Jagger nice to see you both you can put the fireworks in the baby’s new bedroom, I said. I looked out side, to see where Megan and Jacoby were, there was no surprise when I saw Megan having a piggy back ride from him. It was good to see everyone in their bathing suits. When they got to the door, she hugged me. We should play chicken, she suggested.
