Things you say to people do affect them, even if it may not seem that way. Think twice about anything you ever say to someone, especially if you don't know them or their background. Also, its not okay to be judgmental in any situation. Judging someone by the way they look, the clothes they wear, what music they listen to, how they speak, etc. could hurt them in ways you've never been hurt before.
If you're a victim of bullying, try to ignore them, as hard as it seems, it's not impossible, so don't make to be.
If you're the bully, listen to me, take a few steps back, breathe a few times, and think about what you're putting that person through. Imagine the way they feel when you're insulting them, hitting them or doing whatever it may be, imagine the things going through that persons mind. How would you feel if that was you, if you two switched places and you were the victim, or imagine if that was your younger brother or sister being bullied, would you want them to feel the way you're making that person feel? Would you want your brother, sister, or yourself to feel worthless, useless, unwanted, etc.? I'm sure you wouldn't, so change your act. Don't be the one to push someone over the edge, be the bigger person and talk to them, care for them, save them. Don't be the reason they are being buried 6 feet under.
