Chapter 13

Caysi's POV
Once I get to the hospital I go to the front desk and they tell me where to go. I walk into the room to see my mom on the hospital bed, and my brother and father Jon the chairs in the room.
"Mom" I say with a tint of sadness in my voice
"Hey honey how are you?" she asks me
"I'm fjne. Why are you in here?"
"I um...."
"You what?"
"I accidently took to many pills" she said
"How? You can't accidentally take too many pills mom, why would you try to kill yourself?" I almost shout.
My dad and brother both look at me with a look of disbelief on their faces.
"What?" I shout out.
"What the hell has gotten into you?" my brother Andrew asks me.
"I don't know maybe that dad is out of jail and should be in there for life" I reply with a lot of anger in my voice.
My dad gets up and punches my gut, and back hands my face.
I get up and leave the room and walk to Tyler's car.
"Hey you ok Caysi?" Tyler asks
"No my dad was there and he hurt me again." I reply wit hurt in my voice.
"How did he hurt you?"
"He punched me in my gut and back handed me in the face."
"He should be in jail, I don't like hearing this stuff."
"If you dont like hearing this stuff then why are you still my friend?" I ask
"Why would you ask that?" he asked me.
"Because there's so much you dont know about me."
"Like?"
"I self harm and......"
"You think I care if you self harm?" he interrupted me.
"Well yeah some people are judgemental."
"It doesn't mean I am." he says
Knock knock
"Caysi your dad is at your window." Tyler says.
"Caysi where do you think you're going?" my dad asks
"Um home" I say
"Dont you touch her" Tyler yells as my dad pulls back his fist.
"What are you gonna do if I dont?" he asks
"Call the police" Tyler replies
"Oh im so scared"
"Get away from my car now"
My dad backs away and Tyler drives off.
