Chapter 2-Realization

A few weeks pass by in school. Jay had new friends like Sierra, Megan, and Cassidy. They didn't know that she liked Will, but they were all suspicious. Especially Megan. Megan was friends with Will too. She noticed something that not everyone else did. She could see that she liked him. A few more friends started to realize what was happening too. Cassidy would always question her about him. Sierra would always make comments like "you guys are so cute I ship it!" Jay was worried that some of them found out because she had kept this secret for so long. She wanted to keep it that way. She kept debating if she wanted to tell them or not. Jay was one of those people who liked to keep in stupid secrets. She was worried that if she told them, they would judge her decision. Last year she wanted to tell her friends too, but they started to have a conversation about how weird it was. She didn't want that to happen again. Their ship name last year was "Jill" but no one wanted them to really go out. Jay hated to be judged, even by the smallest things, like by a comment she said or the clothes she wore. She tried to forget about liking him ever, but she knew that wasn't going to happen. She kept thinking about his green eyes that looked liked shiny green apple lollipops. It was hard to forget a person like Will. She started to think if he liked her back, but she thought he thought she was annoying. A lot of people bullied Jay for talking a lot last year. She couldn't help it, it was part of her like a shackle on her ankle that was hard to get off. She just had to realized she liked Will and nothing or no one could change that.
