Jay couldn't believe that he did that still. She decided to finally ask him. "I felt that I owed it to you." Will said. She could understand that. "So do you still like me..?" Jay asked. "No I feel that you're not really ready for a relationship." He said. Jay didn't understand. How can someone know you're not ready for something. She actually was. She was ready but...he didn't give her the time she needed to show that. She thought it was funny. That exact day when he broke up with her, she was ready to have a real relationship with him because she loved him. She wanted to act like a girlfriend and not just a friend that he had a weird friendship with. All of her friends tried to comfort her and they kept telling her that they loved her and they were here for her but that's not what she needed. She needed him to tell her that it's ok. Her life wasn't the best. Her sister died a year ago and her memorial was a couple days ago and that was one of the things destroying her mind. And all of her school work was stressing her out. The time she needed him most he left her. Every day she didn't want to see him. Every time she saw him all she could think about was the past and how much she missed it. Every day was torture for her. She wanted to explain how she felt to him in every single detail, but her fears are stronger than that feeling. She didn't want him to be annoyed or feel bad. She hated when people feel bad because of her. If she made anyone feel like that she would try to change it. In 6th period she was trying to hang out with Megan, one of her best friends, when she noticed something strange. He was ignoring her. He never did that before. It was like he was trying to forget about them. She's been asking around school to see what was going on. And then someone finally told her....he liked someone else. Now this shouldn't really hurt her. They broke up, why should she care about who he likes and who he doesn't like. This was different, it was her friend, Becky. Did he like her all this time, did he just use her to get closer to Becky? All these questions scattered in her mind. She didn't know whether to believe it or ignore it. She had to know if it was true. He always said that he still "loved" her, if he truly did then why would he make her feel this way. Jay had to ask him if this was true. It was killing her everyday. "Will...do you like Becky?" Jay asked. "Yes...and." Will replied. "Are you kidding me. Does he think this is ok." Jay thought in her head. She would feel terrible if she said that to him. "Well did you like her while we were together?" Jay asked. She was really hoping the answer was no. "Yes I liked her for quiet some time now." Will said. Jay felt her heart drop and shatter like when he broke up with her. It was that same heart broken feeling that put her to tears. She was in the cafeteria at the time with her friends. "Jay are you ok?" Megan Asked. Jay didn't say anything and just showed her the texts. The tears were still running down her face. Megan didn't say anything, she just put her arms out. Jay started to cry even more. Her heart couldn't take that fall anymore. He hurt her for the last time. No one knew how she really felt that day. Everything in her life wasn't going as planned. She was supposed to be cuddled up beside him and laughing because of how happy she was not crying because she'd wot used and betrayed. She wanted to cut herself so bad.....but Jay knew she was stronger and wasn't going to let her feelings win. When it came to feelings Jay was always the winner. Even though she felt like she lost she was the real winner. Some people kill themselves because of the things she was going through...but Jay knew that she couldn't leave all the people that truly loved her. She still felt terrible inside. Jay decided to watch Misha Collins on YouTube to make her feel better. Misha always made Jay feel amazing. He was a beautiful person and he was smart, funny, and sweet. She came across this video where Misha was talking about him and his wife. He said that all the other girls that hurt him led him to her. That opened Jay's eyes. He's just one of the many people who will make her feel like this. He is not the only one I will have. Jay felt empowered afterwards. She realized just like how Misha had Jensen and Jared, she had Megan, Hope, and all of her other friends too. She didn't need him. Even though it's going to take her sometime for her to get over it, she knows it will be ok in the end.
