After hearing the other woman on the phone I lay down and pretend to sleep. My heart quietly shattering as I listen to him moving around the room getting ready for work. His phone starts to buzz. Jace picks up the phone.

"You know not to call at this time. I'm at work." He says into the phone. "No I didn't. I never called you. You know I wouldn't at this time. It'll blow my cover." He sounds annoyed. "Damn it I didn't call you. Enough! I will see you tonight. Yes I love you too now good bye." He whispers the last part.

After he's finished getting ready he leaves. Not even kissing me like he use to when I was sleeping. Once I hear the door shut and lock. I sit up holding the piece of paper in my hand for dear life. Tears falling down, rocking back and forth, anger soon takes over me.

I gave him everything! Everything, my innocence, my love, my heart, soul, happiness everything I had to offer my left over college fund that went to his dream car! My savings that was supposed to go to my own car and our house that went to his boat, rv, and storage unit to hold it all. I have been living in this Damn apartment for years! Because he just haaaad to have all that! And I just blindly gave it to him!! All the time and effort I put into all this and this is what I get. Oh no. No no no this is so over. I told him forever and always. Me only I gave him my innocence and this is what I get.

The anger over takes me as I look at the paper in my hand while dialing the number I hurriedly scratched down.

"Hello?" The woman's voice says a little hesitate.

"Okay I'm not sure how to go about this but I think we've both been played. Or maybe you know and I don't know?" I say mumbling. "Excuse me? Who is this?" She questions. What do I say to her? How do I handle this? "Look my name isn't that important. You just got a phone call from Jace right?" There's silence. "Yea.. who is this?" Kaylie questions. I really don't want to give her my name not sure why.

"That was me I called you on his phone. I called you because he's been acting weird, hiding things. The other night I came home from work early he wasn't here. I texted him and when he got home he smelt like another female. I'm assuming that was you. Did he rush out of there the other night? Was it you? I saw your text messages." I say everything in one breath.

There's silence on the other end. Nothing. "Hello?" I ask. Thinking she's hung up. "Look I'm not sure who you are but yes he left in a rush the other day said he had to go to work. Who are you? She questions again. I take a deep breath. "I'm his wife."

"That's impossible." She replies simply. My anger rises a little more. Who does she think she is. "Excuse me! We have been married for four and a half years. We dated in high school." I somewhat yell into the phone. My anger and heartbreak getting the best of me. I hear something on the other side of the line break.

"It's impossible because I'm his wife." She says quietly.
