Final chapter

Flash looked up at Twilight as his vision came back to him.
"Twilight??"
"Flash." She said hugging him. He blushed confused but hugged back.
"What happened?? Where's Scarlet?" He questioned.
"I'm right here pretty boy. You're all going to pay for this!" Scarlet says with Ellei by her side. They just arrived. Both their eyes were black with red pupils.
"Oh boy, this isn't good." Rainbow says backing away with the group.
"They're going insanity mode!" Applejack states.
"My secret is out. But now that means my end, and I'm taking you with me Twilight!" Scarlet says opening a portal. Ellei sang with her killer, screeching voice making the ponies almost go deaf.
"Aaaaah!" Fluttershy cried out.
"So . . . Loud!" Rarity added covering her ears.
"Make her stop please!" Luna pleaded.
"Idea!" Discord says giving everyone deaf defying earplugs. Now they didn't have to suffer Ellei's singing.
"Son of a-! GRRRRRR!!"Ellei growled annoyed.
The Ponnies from before came through the portal and started charging at the group. Scarlet and Ellei separated Twilight and Flash from the group, making it easier for them to get rid of. Scarlet and Twilight had a magic duel while Ellei and Flash clashed head on at each other.
"Give up Scarlet!" Twilight tells her, her magic over powering the unicorn.
"NEVER!! I will take you with me one way or another." She says getting out of range of Twilights attack. She teleported behind Twilight and a show wave  of energy pulsed from her blood red pupils, knocking Twilight over. Ellei had just knocked Flash down as well approaching him slowly as he fought to get up.

The mysterious creepy Ponnies fought off the rest of the main six as well as the princesses and Discord. The outcome went to the victorious main six.
"Twilight!" Celestia called out to her apprentice. She struggled barely able to keep herself up. She looked up to her friends with a small smile reaching out to them.
"H-help. . ." She pleaded. Scarlett eyes went completely black and she fell over. Ellei ran to her.
"Scarlet?!?! Sis?! C'mon wake up. . ." Ellei said holding onto her sister, her eyes returning normal. Flash had fallen in Cadences hooves from exhaustion. Twilight lit up a bright red and a scarlet red shadow firmed beneath her with a big evil grin.
"I TOLD YOU YOU'RE COMING WITH ME!!" Scarlet voice echoed. The shadow started to completely cover Twilight, causing her to scream in agony. Ellei watched in shock as Scarlets spirit took Twilights out of her body slowly.
"You will not take my friend!" Rainbow says charging at Ellei. She dodged her attack still holding onto Scarlet. The five friends called on their elements to strengthen magics element. Twilights element was able to fight off the darkness in Scarlets spirit, creating a blinding light. The light was so powerful, Scarlets spirit faded away with the shadows.

Twilight was rejoiced by her friends as they group hugged. Flash, having regained his strength walked over to her and gave her a hug as well.
"Glad you're okay, Princess."
"Oh Flash. . ." Twilight embraced him with a kiss, thus he kissed back.

Discord joined in with the others in their "OHHHH~" moment, but turned his attention to a thump sound. Ellei had too fallen, her eyes red pupils fading.
"Sisters stick together." Her voice said faintly, her eyes now completely black.
"My, my, looks like we won't be seeing those two anymore." Discord states walking over to Ellei's corpse. "Maybe I can use them as puppets!"

A light flashed in the room, within an instant, the corpses were gone. Their laughs echoed faintly in the still silence. . . As their response to Discords statement, no.

Weeks passed and Maretropolis was back to normal. Flash and Twilight continued to see each other more often. Discord finally had his own throne in Twilights castle, and everything was peaceful again. The puppets Scarlet had were never recovered since their spirits had already passed, and the creepy Ponnies never came back. . . Sometimes ponies would visit the old house the sisters lived in, still sensing their presence as the evil in the house still lives on. . .
